Who doesn’t love the Steam Packet? The service was fantastic-prompt, cheerful and welcoming. The food was very good. Great pub grub but catering to all dietary requirements. We’ll be back!

The service was excellent but our flathead tails were dry and tasteless with the smallest of salad. As we were four dining and three of us ordered the polenta crumbed flathead that was a $27 special, we came away very disappointed.

Decent tasting lunch but way overpriced for a pub meal, especially given ordinary portion sizes. Steak ok, a little undercooked. Chicken Parma was better.

Enjoyed my meal : Lamb and chicken open souvlaki however the chicken had an odd texture. Almost seemed like fish on a skewer rather than pieces of chicken. Tasted nice but I prefered it slightly more when I ate it the 1st time a few weeks ago. Chicken just seemed different then.

We ordered the weekday specials porterhouses. Both my husband and mine were very chewy. We had medium rare, which should be tender and juicy.

This is the first time we’ve been to this restaurant! The food is very tasty with a diverse variety on the menu. The staff are friendly & helpful. The prices of wine per glass are a little expensive at $10.00 each. It a pub not a 3-4 STAR restaurant. This is only a small point and wouldn’t stop me from rebooking again. We were able to redeem a $20.00 gift voucher which helped.

Great staff and happy vibe. A bit noisy for my deaf 93 year old dad but he still really enjoyed his lunch.

I took advantage of my Fork Voucher and ordered the Lamb and Chicken open Souvlaki which was really a nice meal and a reasonable portion. The service was great and my only comment is that I thought the Tzatziki should have been served separately because I basically couldn't even see , let alone taste, it spread on the flat bread. I mentioned that to the lovely blonde female staff from Munich and she was immediately obliging and brought me a ramekin with some Tzatziki. Just made the meal that bit nicer and enjoyable. I'd go there again - I enjoyed it. If I order that dish again , I'll definitely ask for my Tzatziki to be served separately :)

It was one of the best "blue" eye fillets we have had in a long time. Great sized meals.

Nice local pub with a bit of atmosphere. Dinning area away from the main bar, so not too noisey. Nice pub food.

Chips and veggies to go along with the steak would have made it exceptional
