I reserved a particular table and did not get it. Apart from that everything was very good.

Good hakka style food. Really reminds me of home dishes. However, we found that some of the dishes were overly salty. But overall it was great. It's modern Hakka food, really enjoyed the Wonton Nachos and Meat Platter. Noodles were good as well but unfortunately some items were sold out at 8PM. One downside is that it's quite overpriced for what we've ordered.

Limited but well executed lunch menu - especially the jaffles. Fascinating wine list - leans towards natural styles that actually work better with the food than the wine list at The Lincoln does with its pub menu.

About Super Ling

There’s plenty of comfort factor at Super Ling, with $12 handmade noodles at lunch (the silky ribbons lubricated in deliciously indulgent chicken fat) and a dinner menu serving familiar Chinese flavours in playful ways (the jaffle with mapo tofu is a must-try, as is the intensely flavoured pepper beef tartare topped with potent glowing green spring onion aioli and served with ethereal, voluminous rice crackers).
