Great as always. The friendly service from all staff tops it off.

Great variety of Indian food. Absolutely mouth watering flavours. Nothing beats the taste of food cooked in an authentic Tandoor oven.. Looking forward to visiting again soon to sample more of the extensive offerings . ❤️

Even better than previous visits - excellent in all aspects.

Always great food , however the service from some of the staff is atrocious. Disinterested attitude along with an unfriendly manner.. Staff appear highly stressed. Perhaps some more training in customer service along with an extra pair of hands may be the remedy. Absolute chaos in the front area.. People waiting to pay, people picking up takeout, people arriving for a table, Uber eats... On a positive note food wins hands down best Indian this side of town.

About Tandoori Den

Feeling Spicy? Tandoori Den isn’t the new kid on the block. It’s been around in Camberwell since 1981 – and for good reason. On any given night, you’re likely to see romantic dates, family celebrations and groups of friends gathered at Tandoori Den for some punchy, heat-inducing Indian food. This is a great destination with plenty of mouth-watering options for vegetarians and non-vegetarians alike. Start with the classic vegetable samosas, onion bhaji or some paneer tikka. There are heaps of meat appetizers too, including a mixed tandoori plate. When it comes to the main event, take your pick between delectable vegetarian dishes or chicken, lamb, beef or seafood. The chicken jal frazi is popular with locals. Or dive in to the pumpkin masala, which features butternut pumpkin tempered with five spices and cooked with masala sauce. There are heaps of options for Tandoori breads too, including a chocolate naan for dessert … or anytime! Best dish: Chicken vindaloo
