The ramen was a bit salty but the serving was ok. We reserved a table days before but was assigned to sit on one of the “bar-like” seats. Just disappointing as we reserved beforehand so we can sit on a proper table. The karaage did not have much flavour and dry. Okonomiyake needs more flavour. Considering it was not busy, more attention should be given on taste and flavours of food they serve

The restaurant was in a great location with good food. The 4 meals were spit with 20 min between the two because they had to ‘cook more chicken’. Not really good enough when the order was put in together. Value good but still need to pick up their game.

The booking process did not mention that the table booking would be for one hour exactly, and no longer. This is not standard in Canberra so we were surprised upon arrival to be informed of this. At the one hour market, a waiter collected my friend’s dish that she had not finished without saying anything. At the least they could have offered to pack it up for takeaway. 1 hour bookings are very short - if the restaurant is going to keep this policy, I strongly suggest this be made much clearer up front when making a booking. Otherwise, the food was great.

Noddles is so good! Only the place is a bit narrow. If you have 4 people or more, better book a table before you go.

Menu and ordering on line, and service was quick and efficient. Limited menu but food tasty. not yet licenced so byo and $3 corkage per person a bit rich when no licence!

It's great to see another place where you can get affordable ramen. The chashu was really delicious but the broth is hit or miss depending on the ramen. Will definitely go again to figure out which ramen flavours are good to eat.

Quaint little place that definitely makes you feel a bit like you’re in Japan. Not the best ramen in Canberra but definitely good value for the money. Just wish they had some more options (like egg with the Chicken Karaage would’ve brought it up to the next level)

Made a reservation through The Fork but my table was given away and had to wait for 10 minutes before being seated. Apart from this, food was great. Had the Koji Ramen with Lotus Chips, Takoyaki Skewers and Pork Gyozas. Amazing quality.

I was really excited to dine at Tenkomori, but I was honestly disappointed with the whole experience. The service was sub-par - we'd booked a table but the staff didn't know what to do unless their Manager gave them directions to seat us/give us menus/take our payment. The food was mediocre - definitely had the 'chain store' flavour to the ramen, and they had mixed up my partner's order with mine, so our broths were wrong. The store layout is tight, and definitely not pram or wheelchair friendly (maybe they were going for the 'authentic' small Japanese izakaya layout, but a kitchen double the size of the seating area is probably just bad design).

Ramen tonkatsu broth average, though noodles are nice. Sesame ice cream disappointing: tasted like vanilla ice cream with crushed black sesame and did not match menu photo at all. Were rushed out because of large queue but we’d been less than one hour!

Comfort food of a hot bowl of ramen in a cosy Japanese decor restaurant. No fuss menu for ramen plus simple side dishes of takoyaki, gyoza, edamame, lotus roots chips for fun varieties

Great to have a decent ramen option in canberra. Dashi ramen was excellent - all the toppings and noodles were very legit. Vege gyoza on the other hand were super average - don’t recommend, pretty sure they’re just frozen/prefab. Taste like supermarket ones. There was also a small error in our order, but I could see the staff were still learning the ropes, and it was a simple mistake so we didn’t mind. Overall the ramen was really great but the sides not so much. Will absolutely be going again - v keen to try the other broths, but will avoid the pricey sides.
