This restaurant at fountain gate has a beautiful look to it I love the atmosphere, it’s quick to reserve a table and get it confirmed. If you don’t mind loud music like me then it’s also great! Now for the downside of this place. They don’t have really good communication it’s seems they are all over the place most of the time. Always asking to have everything come out at once and it never does. Bare in mind Ive been here at this spot 6 times just to make sure I’m not overreacting. Now the pork ribs were what I loved but seems as though the last 3 times it’s burnt. They never know how to stick to one way of making the malteser turtle dessert. They always forgetting to heat the cake and/or just simply don’t know how to make it even though it TGIF’s “fave” tables are sticky so I always ask to wipe it down before we sit. Also try go either early or later because the parking is small if you want to park close especially with kids. I hope they fix this I do love this place but sadly some things are a let down.

Nice food, unfortunate incident with waitress dropping plates on way back to kitchen and sprayed Tomato sauce all over my friends hair, she was very apologetic, however it was dismissed with a wave of hand by paying staff!

Ordered a rare steak and received a well done fatty steak which wasn’t edible. Calamari was so greasy that it made me sick. Rum and coke only taste like coke. Smelt like rotten food when walking in which was disgusting.

Hair in food, waitress checking herself out in window reflection right next to us twice. Got stared at a couple of times by same waitress, wasn't a welcoming feel.

I was charged and paid higher than I should have the cashier made a mistake & I only noticed when I got home . I sent my steak back it was dreadful, the manager advised a credit on bill would be applied but it was not applied . All meals were terrible and I would never return or advise others to go .

Good pub atmosphere, very busy and fairly quick service. Food good quality, a bit on the pricey side but food portions are really big. Would recommend getting entree sizes where applicable

The scotch fillet steak is way too dry, should have added a bit of gravy. just a suggestion to the management/chef ; try eating the steak tgat you serve so you will know what improvements you can do to make it more tastier and fun to eat.

Poor service asked 3 times for cutlery 4th time lucky. 18 wings came out cold, paid $68 or $64 for the rib platter that was not up to satisfaction asked twice for a jug of water.. Honestly, it's the worst experience ever...

The food wasnt great. Went for kids eat free night, with every adult meal, the menu says min $25 spend we bought appetisers and a $35 and a $24.90 main meal (plus drinks) at the end was told cant get freeThe staff are lovely and the restaurant was clean.

The table top was old, scratched and wobbly, the menus were sticky and the $45 steak was flavorless and chewy. Certainly wouldn’t be looking to order the same again.

We have been here a couple of times and we keep coming back, not just because we love their food but also because of their great service. Ambiance is fantastic to have a little chat and catch up with friends. This is a go to place and highly recommended.

The staff were welcoming however they brought our order to the table in front of us twice. I ordered the chicken fajitas for my daughter and the chicken was overcooked. The steak l ordered had fat on half of it so I wasn't able to eat it. The Oreo sundae we ordered did not match the description and just had an Oreo cookie plopped on top of ice cream. The food was a real let down.

I come here a lot but I find every time it gets a little bit worse, it's gotten to the point where I don't want to come back. The south west twister fries come with half the amount of cheese sauce it used too, the signature glazed tenders where burnt to the point majority of them where inedible. Our drinks sat at the bar for over 10 minutes before I gave up and just went and grabbed them myself off the bar, nobody even noticed. I don't know if the staff can be blamed as I think it's who ever owns the restaurant cuts corners and keeps the place incredibly understaffed and most likely over worked.
