Service terrible to non-existent. Had to ask for water, ask for my drink that had been sitting at the bar for 10 minutes while everyone else at my table had theirs. Food average, fries cold and over-cooked.

The decor, atmosphere and vibe was bright, comfortable and pleasant. The service was very friendly and warm and the staff were considerate and helpful. The meals came out reasonably quickly. However, the food was quite disappointing. The calamari was 50% calamari and 50% batter. From the description and photos, I anticipated it was only lightly floured and therefore the calamari would be nice and thick, but it was very thin with lots of coating. There was not a lot of calamari and the meal was supplemented with lots of chips. The prawn and chicken pasta was tasty but portion size was quite small. The meals were not good value. Not sure if we will return.

The chicken tenders are heaps better at the Southland location. Chicken needed to be thicker. Honey mustard is amazing! The service was good when it was available, but there weren’t many servers and they were always busy.

Worst dinner experience ever. Waited 10 minutes to be seated and they first said we will take other customers payments first. I said no u wont I was here first. Then we get seated and nothing. We waited & waited & waited. Then asked whether we could get drinks. 1 drink came after 20 minutes then the others came 20 minutes later. Then we ordered food it didn’t come out together. We had no knife & forks to eat with. We got the fajitas tower that was not sizzling like another table. Nothing to dish it up with. Ribs were dry, Other food was cold . Staff were untrained

We waited 10 minutes to be seated even though we had a booking. We were then seated and nobody came to serve us so we left after a further 10 minutes of being ignored. We could hear waitresses apologising to other customers for the delays. It was just myself and my 10 year old son so we left and went elsewhere for dinner. Very disappointing first time experience here and won’t be returning

The service was great, cocktails were amazing, the food could have been a little better as I paid for extra beef on my nachos but there was probably 3 mouth fulls on the plate, not enough when paying extra. Our waiter for our table named Brad was awesome, 10/10 service from him.

The food was alright but it was the service that made the experience worse with all 3 of our meals coming out at separate times without communicating, i don’t mind waiting but it’d be nice to know how long away the food is etc. At this point it was 30 minutes since our order was put through, the last meal was received and we were almost finished eating but still hadn’t received our drinks. When the waitress came to serve the last meal i asked if the drinks were far away politely and she said she’d go check on them, she didn’t come back and let us know and we didn’t receive our drinks for another 10 minutes (which were just non alcohol drinks) at this point we had finished eating and when she came to serve our drinks we didn’t say anything just thank you and my friend received an eye roll from her and put our drinks down randomly without any care or a smile at least. It was disappointing as we were polite, patient and understanding as we all work in hospitality, if someone has to wait longer at least be nice to them.

The acoustics in the restaurant makes the music and the people talking very loud - the music needs to softer, conversation around the table was very difficult to hear. For the price, burgers were very basic and disappointing- the pork ribs were not meaty enough. The restaurant is good to look at but all in all very disappointing experience

The food was absolutely delicious! We were disappointed when we had to wait over 5 minutes at the ‘please wait to be seated sign’ and there were 2 girls are the front counter who completely ignored us and served 2 groups after we had already gotten there and then didn’t even show us to our table, just told us they’d wipe a table down. We then told them we had a voucher and they said they’d send someone over to take our order, no one came. We then had to get up and address a waitress to get her to come and take our order. Finally we got our food and drinks after what seemed like forever. We then waited another 5 minutes or more until someone finally came to the counter so we could pay for our food. Servers constantly looked at us and walked the other way, no one acknowledged us. It was really disappointing as we love TGIF and have never had this problem. No one even addressed us or spoke to us at all while we were waiting to be seated and waiting to pay. The two blonde girls who ignored us at the front door also walked around together the whole time talking and then proceeded to clean tables together. Very sad that we had this experience.

The food was average for the price, cold and unfortunately it all came out at different times - most people had finished meals when the last meal came out. Ordered a brownie for dessert which was extremely small for the price. How ever the burger I order was delicious

Whilst cocktails and ambience was good - food and service was a let down im afraid . Pork belly sliders are measly tiny bits of pork on larger dry slider buns., and the wings are hit and miss in size, despite great flavour just not enough of meal for what you pay. Fries were so small and served somewhat cold. Staff never once , in the hour we were there asked how food was or offered water for the table , and there was hardly anyone in the place . I was really hoping this place would be awesome for our local town. , hope they take on feedback and produce better product though being apart of larger chain I have my doubts. .
