Unfortunately my partner and I had a below average experience when it came to the food that we ordered, also after been directed to an extra small booth table which only had room to fit 2 plates and would not be able to cater for another couple of food plates, I then asked if we could be moved to a table that was of adequate size. We were then seated at a replacement but annoying wobbly table that the waitress had known about when she mentioned it to us when she seated us both. Although to our surprise there were many tables available as the restaurant was mostly empty yet we were directed to this table. I was not going to once again ask to be moved for the second time due to being embarrassed already twice. When it came to the food that we had ordered it was not what we expected. Firstly, the full rack of pork ribs was certainly not a $51.90 value meal for two. Although there was a special Halloween half price ribs deal last night the size of the full rack reflected this by being half the size and would barely feed one adult. There is nothing worse than a restaurant doing a promo offer when the meal on offer is being subsidised in size. Also the ribs were overcooked and dry which added to our poor dining experience. Secondly, we also ordered a garden salad which to our surprise after searching through the bowl had only one cherry tomato cut in half. There was almost no type of green variety leaf lettuce but was made with cabbage, there was also no variety type of onion either. When I called over the male waitress and asked him about what was not in my garden salad he at most just shrugged his shoulders and had no idea what was suppose to be in a garden salad when I mentioned about there was only one cherry tomato, no lettuce variety and no type of onion variety. The watress didn't care enough to ask the kitchen staff about my query and just walked away. Very unprofessional and disappointing. After this undelightful dining experience and now understanding why this restaurant was almost empty we would not be going back to this restaurant in the future.

We went there for they half price ribs. The ribs was yummy but it could be more tender. We almost had two free kids meals included which was nice.

No where near as good as the TGI Fridays in the USA! In the US they have big screen TV’s to watch live sports n the ambience there is live, unlike here in Australia!

Went this Fridays with family food was great, we had ribs & chicken with signature sauce, nachos, calamari, all taste . Staff were nice & music was excellent . Defiantly go again

This lunch was a very pleasant surprise. Lunch Specials are offered 3 days per week. We had the Wednesday rack of ribs, slaw and fries which was delicious. Service was courteous and efficient. We’ll definitely go back. Highly recommended.

We enjoyed the food at TGIF and received excellent service from Lubaba? (I apologise if I misspelt her name). She was very helpful and attentive. The same goes for all the staff there, we were very surprised at how truly nice they were to us and amongst themselves. We cannot wait to dine there again! Oh, maybe if the music can be lowered down slightly? Then it would be perfect!!! Thank you!

Please lessen the number of times server comes over to check on customers. And ask first before taking our plates. We had 4 different people asking us in the 2 hours we were there. Customer will ask if they need something. And there was a shooting near our table, so we ended up leaving earlier instead.

Good sauce flavours for ribs! We had the 2 for 1 on Tuesdays.. Lots of specials /deals through the week but booking is a must! It was busy today as it was Valentine’s Day but the front of house was apologetic for the wait times. Was a good experience overall experience and would definitely go back!

The food was great and the restaurant wasn’t too loud. If there was only one thing that I could say that is negative it is that we had to wait a long time for drinks to arrive our starters arrived before our first round of drinks

Always check your bill! Whilst the foods and atmosphere are great, the service is left to be desired as the person in charge of the billing will try to rip you off by charging full (dinner) price when it is obvious lunch price should apply (11:55 am is not dinner time!)

A really pleasant lunch. The glazed pork ribs were cooked to perfection and presented beautifully. Service was prompt and efficient in a well lit and uncrowded environment. Recommended.

Possible teething issues as waitress was not knowledgeable of menu. We ordered 4 separate meals two of which came out incorrect. Manager was prompt to rectify and food was absolutely delicious and we will be returning!!!

We ordered chicken wings but they bought out chicken drumsticks. Potato thins twister was all soft and soggy. 2 drinks took about 25 mins to come. I’ve been here before and loved it but lastnight was such a disappointment esp after a stressful day.

Chicken strips was terrible. Slaw was bland. Lemon custard tart has imbalanced flavour. Salmon was dry. Only the ribs was ok, considering the price. I do not intend to go back in the foreseeablefuture

Goddess bowl is my favourite Strawberry cheesecake wasn't very good Malteser dessert however was a hit Steak was just ok, it came ok only with a salad no chips..at $49, bit pricey Wrap & nachos were ok

Staff were amazing. Food was great, I had the new York striploin and my kids has the Mac and cheese and the hotdog. The only disappointment was the side vegetables as it was just drenched in oil. You order vegetables for the healthy option but it comes served in a pool of oil which is awful.
