Overall the place was fine. We booked a table for 9, and got a table for 8 instead. One of us had to use a barstool. As is, we had to wait an extra 15-20 minutes to be seated because the people who were there prior to us wouldn’t leave, and then they took forever to clean the table. The food was okay at best, I had no issues with my meal personally, but we received items that no one ordered, and we had people on our table receive items 30-40 minutes late. Overall not horrible, but not really great either. I’m not sure I could recommend this place. I understand that it was a very busy time, so I’m trying to not sound like a Karen, but there can only be so much given leeway.

went there for my birthday dinner, gave them a birthday cake to be brought out once we finished dinner, however no one came to clear the table. After 30 minutes we left (table still not cleared), we collected the cake and took it home with us. it was an extremely disappointing experience would not recommend

Absolutely amazing! The place is beautiful and staff are super friendly and the food is delicious. I love that you get a lot of food as well for the price. It’s definitely not like other expensive restaurants and you only get a small amount of food. I am definitely going back.

Booked a table for my family. Arrived was showed to our seat. Order was taken and that was that. We asked for share plates never arrived. We ate off the ordered meals using hands . Communication was terrible. Ribs were dry, chicken wings were dry, calamari was dry, the slaw was bitter, as if they did not wash the onions. First time there. And it will be the last.

My family came here months ago for the first time. We were advised to use the QR Code instead of through wait staff. Usually you would assume this would streamline the process. After ordering and paying using the App, staff told us we could not have the milkshakes we ordered. I asked for a refund and was told quite plainly “no sorry I can’t refund you, you will have to email management”. Obviously this is unacceptable and I asked to speak to the manager. After a discussion, finally the manager was able to reverse the charges. (Which took a week to show up in my account). He gave us some type of coupon for next time, which is exactly what you’d expect for the inconvenience. However, upon reading it, it had expired. We laughed about this and called the manager back over. He then gave us two free sundae coupons. The manager was friendly and did try his best to accommodate us. The service is not what this complaint is about. To be frank - the food is terrible. You know those burgers you’re forced to order at movie world or wet’n’wild because it’s the only option? TGI Fridays is on par. It’s like the garbage you get at the airport when you’ve already gone through security. $27 for refrigerated buns and luke warm meat patties. Bendy shoestring fries are seriously worse than McDonalds. We went back tonight for a second chance. After waiting 45 minutes for 3 burger meals, they arrived warm heading to cold. How can any one f*** up such blatant fast food? The onion rings I ordered didn’t come wth my meal - I had to ask for them - they came - and they were yum. It’s a pity the proper temperature onion rings highlighted the chill on the burgers and fries. We got up and left. WE WILL NEVER RETURN AND I RECOMMEND NO ONE GOES HERE EVER. (We made sure NOT to order through the App this time so at least we weren’t stung.)

Staff was not inviting, Music way to loud, waited for food way way to long then was cold. Waited 45mins for desert and asking 3 times for them to say we didn’t order it!!! We did at the start!! Over all will NOT go back :/

Service wasn’t great, had a reservation had proof, girl at the front kept saying no even though we were showing the proof. Lucky the manager stepped in. Also took drinks that weren’t empty didn’t know where tables were. Food good, service not, dj was decent

Was so easy to book online, and we arrived early were able to be seated at our table straight away, staff were friendly and helpful. Meal was delicious and our cocktails awesome. Would visit again when we are on the Gold Coast

When we arrived we were told there was no chicken or pasta products available. It would of been good to be told this before we arrived. The meals all arrived at different times and they were not that great. We wouldn’t go here again. Was expensive with a surcharge for the public holiday - we suggested they waive that as half of their menu was not available.

We enjoyed the live music! The wings and drinks were great! My childs meal (cheeseburger) was dry and overcooked/burnt bun, and our main meals were average and okay, not worth the money. I think it was a busy time and the staff were overwhelmed. Manager (checkered shirt) was very helpful and cheery!
