I booked a table and arrived on time which seemed to throw staff into a spin even though the restaurant was empty, and we were sat at a table that wasn’t set, and clearly hadn’t been wiped down because it was extremely sticky. No one came to see us to ask if we had any questions or to bring us cutlery. Our food was brought to the table after we ordered it through the app, but still no cutlery. I would have asked a staff member but they didn’t seem to want to come anywhere near us, but happily gave me a filthy look when I got up and took cutlery off a set table next to us so that we could eat our food (which was average at best). When the mains were brought out, the waitress dropped my side of chips all over me, which doesn’t matter as mistakes happen, but perhaps it’s indication that food shouldn’t be served on those ridiculous long boards that are clearly difficult for your staff to handle. I also find it odd that it isn’t just a basic standard for your bar staff to remove the stickers from lemons/limes. This simple act is not only hygienic, but it would also prevent the stickers from being found floating in drinks like one was in my electric lemonade cocktail. We would have stayed longer and enjoyed a few more cocktails but it just wasn’t a good experience and we decided to leave before Dan Murphys closed to get some drinks to have at home instead. Also I genuinely don’t understand who thinks it makes good ambiance to have the music so loud that two people sitting across from each other can’t just have a conversation over dinner. All around it was a pretty disappointing experience.

First time here, service was a little dissapointing we waited for ages for a waiter to order drinks, but noone came we then had to resort to the app to order which took a long time to work out, food was ok pork ribs and chicken breast were a little dry

Table was booked but not ready on arrival even though not very busy. Chairs were various heights and not in good condition. Our table was eventually made up of 3 small ones pushed together, one of which was wobbly tp the extent of spilling drinks. We had to wedge it with a menu to stabilise it. Mains took about 10 mins to reach everyone so some had finished before others had their food. Starter crockery not removed before mains started to come. Poor experience for the price.

All round not a good experience, as soon as we walked in there was a mix up with our booking, this was fixed quickly though. There was 12 of us, we ordered our food through the app as no one came to ask us if we were ready to order. All meals were ordered 5 minutes apart, however food came sporadically, from the first meal to the last meal we received there was almost an HOUR difference. Staff were confused with our last few orders and ended up being quite rude when we tried to clear it up with them. Food was great, can’t fault the main meals and starters we all received, very generous portions. When it came to the dessert I received, there was a hair in it. Luckily I noticed a bit of brownie dangling well below my fork held on by the hair before consuming it. This was rectified and we ordered another drink instead of getting a refund. The staff member was very apologetic. Then we got our cake, no plates or utensils or knife to cut it with. It felt like a very impersonal experience, we didn’t get asked if we were enjoying our meals, using the app felt like a huge mistake and I think that staff should notify big groups of people that they can’t guarantee it will come within a decent time frame if you all order separately for the same table, or should give table service from the beginning. I felt like we were having to get up and find someone all night. Great drinks and food, just won’t be back because of the service.

Unfortunately we did not have a good experience at the restaurant the staff tried really hard but kept getting our orders wrong which turned a relaxing evening into a stressful one. Also the food was very tasteless and unappetising i will not return anytime soon

Upon arrival the booking we had made earlier online was not confirmed. Attendant was very unconcerned about it not being accepted. Once we were sat at our table the table was so wobbly and unstable the drinks were on a slant and would spill every time the table was touched. We ended up swapping the tables while the staff watched us with no intent to assist or ask if there was an issue. The second table was still wonky and unstable!!! We tried to order via the QR code… no option to customise eg remove sauce from a burger. Had to call the waitress over to take our order. One meal order was taking incorrectly, when we questioned this she replied with ‘that’s what you ordered’ While eating… we witnessed staff sitting at the bar on their phones, laughing and joking and carrying on. Very unprofessional. Once we finished our meals. When my husband went to pay we were shocked with the price. Extremely overpriced food and drink with absolutely no service. The lady taking paying didn’t even communicate the price entered into the eft machine. Overall this is our 3rd time at this restaurant. Every time we have visited the service has been terrible. We have continued to visit in the hope this may change however unfortunately not. We will not return. Many better dining options in the Tuggerah vicinity, waste of money TGIF

The food is hit and miss. The buffalo wings are great, everything else we've had has been really bland and had no flavour. Love the get up of the restaurant and has a really good vibe but certain foods on the menu let it down.

The restaurant was mostly empty, the service time ( drinks in particular ) slow and the music got louder and louder once we finished eating as they obviously wanted us to leave, had to flag wait staff for more drinks etc . Disappointing to be honest

It was ok, pretty noisy but the ambiance was good. I thought it was pretty pricy for what you get, but I knew that when I booked it. It would have been nicer if you got a better feed for for the $$. It won’t stop me going there again. The food was pretty good, served reasonably quick. The staff were excellent, cannot fault them at all. Nothing was a problem. Overall it was ok & we weren’t disappointed. We will go back.

Place was great and staff greeted well! However, the quality of the food was not upto the mark. It was served cold. The service itself was a little poor as I had to ask for 3 different servers before i got some water at the table and 2 servers before I could get some side plates.

Food wasn’t terrible but it wasn’t great. Waitress recommended we order with her instead of the app so meals would be served together. Entrees came out quickly followed by mains except one meal. 15 minutes after everyone had received their meal I called the waitress over to check where my meal was, she told me there was a mistake and it would be out shortly. 25 minutes later I asked again where my meal was and was told 1 minute. Five minutes later my meal arrived. 45 minutes after everyone else received theirs and it should have cooked in less than seven minutes (chicken tenders and chips). We did birthday cake while I quickly ate my meal as everyone was finished eating and needed to go. Floor Staff were Lovely and were great with any request. The birthday song was a great surprise and very appreciated. It was just a shame that the food was lacking and it took so long to serve my meal as the floor staff were fantastic.
