The food is excellent however the size is not as big as before. We’re surprise by the size coz the last time we went to the restaurant the serving is bigger.

Food was not fresh nor it was hot. Plate and spoons where not cleaned properly. It felt like it was used and never washed. I didn't even end up eating I just paid bill. Money is not worth it given the quality of the food and place. You guys are better off cooking at home then coming to this place.

Thai Orchid's Gold Plates nominations are well deserved - lovely food, friendly service and as we all commented, so nice to have low noise levels (even when quite a lot of tables were occupied) so you could talk to each other without shouting. We look forward to returning.

A nice cosy restaurant for a chilly night. Staff were pleasant but a little more attention to detail needed. The dishes were plentiful and one dish was quite tasty, but the rest were a little bland. Our main concern was the food was presented just off cold which was a bit concerning as they were stir fry dishes and should have come straight from a wok.

I had to go up to Reception to ask could we have wine glasses, the young man brought one when there were three of us at the table!! I also had to go and ask for two more menus!! Our food order took far to long to come. Two of us had the beef massaman, the chunks of beef were huge which spoilt the dishes presentation. No knives were given to us so we had to use a spoon to cut the meat to eat it. My beef massaman was only luke warm which was very disappointing. It was our friends birthday and our treat. Such a shame.

Would recommend more training in meet and greet of customers, Service was surprisingly not the best - had to ask for table water, had to wait for menu had a repeated cough which made us uncomfortable got directed to the table by telling us the table number ... everything else was of high standard

We booked a reservation for valentines days and were there for 2 hours and never got our mains. We waited 40 minutes before we were even served. It was extremely disappointing as due to an injury we were going to cancel but decided to attend anyway due to being very excited for something different. Was daym shame all we had was 2 fantas and a cold serving of Thai toasted. The only good thing was that no one else in the restaurant was served either so at least we weren’t alone and were not the only ones to head to mac Donald’s for our valentines dinner.

The service was dreadful 1 entree failed to appear and was presented 3/4 hr later along with one out of 2 mains and was stone cold. Staff then served the second main as we were finishing the first. Unfortunately none of the dishes tasted anything like the food we had experienced in Thailand.

No offer to put our drinks under refrigeration. No offer to pour our drinks . No utensils to serve our food from the main plate .it felt like get customers in and out as quick as possible . Food average Thai .

The Food was amazing however I have never experienced such a poor level of service. First they tried to tell me I had no booking even though I received a reminder text message the day before. Then we were not brought menu's for at least 10 minutes. They forgot my Dads Sprite order. To top it off came around whilst we still were eating to give us the bill and tell us they were closing in 10 minutes and we needed to leave. It's a pity the great kitchen staff are being let down by the very poor service outside

Great service. The red duck curry was an amazing flavour - highly recommend the dish. Happily inclusively accommodated a guest with a guide dog.

As always the food was good and we rally enjoyed it. Only downside was the long delay for a dish(although we had mae some significant changes that could have caused this). Also there were food scraps on the floor under our table when we arrived at 6.30pm.

Food was so good, they were super busy so waited some time for our order to be taken and food took a while to come out, one entree was missed but got straight away when we asked. Very noisy - will go back again as food was excellent
