We ate in the bar, not the restaurant and I enjoyed my meal but was disappointed that the Thali was not like Thalis that I’ve eaten in India and Nepal. I may not have been disappointed except that was one of their selling points...authentic Thali. The dessert was one of the best I’ve eaten, which was great and I will go back to try Tonka, the restaurant, with the a la carte menu.

About the restaurant

Thali, located at the entrance of Tonka, is a bar with a cocktail list designed to celebrate the wonderful world of Indian spice.

Guests are welcome to pull up a stool and be guided through our eclectic cocktail, spirit, beer and wine lists. Although Thali offers a reduced selection of Tonka's dishes there are plenty of options for a full dinner in a more informal space.

For lunch during the week Thali Bar celebrates the traditional Indian Thali. Choose from lamb curry, butter chicken or white Salan vegetable curry accompanied by a selection of dishes and naan from the Tandoor - everything is delicious!
