Inspired by New York's famous meat-packing district, and the hustle and bustle of old-school fish markets, The Atlantic is the crowning jewel of South Bank. An esteemed focus on excellence infuses every aspect of this restaurant, from its design and ambiance, to its service and cuisine. There are a series of menus for you to choose from; the oyster bar, an a la carte option as well as a degustation menu. Each day executive chef Donovan Cooke and his team create the menu depending on what is pulled fresh from the sea. While seafood is the main focus, The Atlantic also offers a small selection of quality steak dishes as well as rare breed pork, Victorian lamb and organic poultry. The Atlantic experience is designed for all the senses - it is a true ocean to plate experience.
