Set in a beautifully restored historic beach pavillion (hence the name), internationally acclaimed celebrity chef, Serge Dansereau dazzles guests with his dishes such as crisp skin barramundi with heirloom carrots nasturtium, black olive and chorizo. If dessert is more your thing, you’ll swoon over the wattle seed crème brûlée with passionfruit curd banana, pastry toffee, macadamia ice cream. Oh heavenly father it’s good. With huge glass windows in both the restaurant and the more casual cafe, it’s the perfect place to unwind and let the worries of the world wash away - for breakfast, lunch or dinner.
