Excellent
We had a pleasant meal at the Brighton Bath restaurant. Unfortunately the menu have changed to a much simpler one on the day of our booking and we couldn't have the high dining expirience.
my first time dining at the Baths, and really a very pleasant experience. The food was excellent, the wine list was extensive , service was good but not to pushy.
Enjoyable evening with great food, fabulously view of the sunset by the bay was an absolute bonus.
The location is very attractive with great views of Brighton Baths. The service was excellent - professional yet friendly. The quality of food and ingredients very good. Best of all - byo on Sunday’s - great opportunity to share a good bottle (or two) with friends!!
The service and the food was fantastic. Thew location and the views are superb. I would highly recommend this restaurant to all. Thank you The Baths Brighton
Always a perfect spot for a romantic dinner with a sunset view. A special place for a special occasion.
Enjoyable, the food was pretty good and nicely presented, and we had a great dessert wine. The setting overlooking the wild sea was perfect. The noise level not too bad and the seating not crowded. We had a good time
Amazing service and food. What a great view. Lobster linguine and seafood platter fabulous and the service top notch. Can’t wait till the next visit
Tremendous ambiance, amazing view, always love coming here! Staff are very professional and amicable and food is delicious. All makes for a tremendous dining. Will be back again.
The service was professional and friendly but the meals were expensive and not outstanding. The view is gorgeous and the room light and spacious.
Great restaurant with great view. Very friendly staff and the new menu is fantastic. Will definitely go back again
This is one of my favourite places. The setting, service and food is great. My only wish is that there were other vegetarian offerings, and I would go a lot more. Whilst the vegetarian choice is excellent, there isn’t anything else for me to order which is a shame.
We just spent our 15th wedding anniversary there for dinner, amazing views, perfect wait staff and delicious food - could not have asked for anything more
Amazing view, good quality food. Friendly wait staff with good recommendations. The specials are generally the best pick. Great wine options.
This is a lovely place to go for a meal. The view is spectacular. We ordered the seafood platter. It was the best seafood platter I have ever eaten. The service is great and the staff are great. Would highly recommend.
Really good but not excellent... small things missing... when a mocktail says lime and mint... it should have the mint and you shouldn't be waiting for it until after the food arrives.... you shouldn't have to ask for the bread after the entrees have arrived either... when the entree says pinenuts.... it should have the pinenuts.... when dessert says pistashio crumb.... it should have pistashio crumb! Simple bits that made us order certain dishes should have been on the dishes....
We all loved our lunch with excellent food, wine and view. The service was above and beyond with all staff but in particular the English waitress for whom nothing was too much trouble. Look forward to returning.
Lovely lunch with great service, ambience and well presented dishes. Good value and have been back several times already and would happily return.
Beautiful fish and chips. Crispy beer batter, very nice home made tartar sauce. It was great to be able to BYO, but apparently this is to be no more unfortunately, as the wine list is comprehensive but on the expensive side. I would go again for the view and the food, but probably have a few drinks beforehand.
We had a great night. The views were stunning, the staff excellent and the food was really enjoyable.

Beautiful whether stormy or bright
Housed in the historic Middle Brighton Baths is The Baths Restaurant. Perched above the water with amazing views of Port Phillip Bay the location alone is enough to lure you to this restaurant. The Baths exudes balance and harmony with organic textures, a nature inspired colour palette and ambient lighting, giving off an elegantly sophisticated mood that perfectly matches the beautiful menu and wine list. The ‘wow factor’ is attained by the floor-to-ceiling high windows that facilitate breathtaking views of the bay and city lights. Although compact, the protein driven seasonal menu delivers many delights including a fillet of king salmon with tender pickled zucchini which is swimmingly good. Desserts are a standout too, try the 'licorice bullet with home-made hundreds and thousands' which appears as a chocolate brownie rubble around mounds of licorice ice-cream. We would happily bathe in that dessert any day of the week at The Baths.
Best dish: fillet of king salmon with tender pickled zucchini
