Music was up way too loud. Trying to be a night club more than a restaurant. The food was good. Staff generally helpful (except for music volume).

I often go to The Bavarian Eagle Street Pier for lunch and dinner and I am usually satisfied with the food however I had Mussels and those are not cooked well. :( I couldn't have more than four..

Value would have scored higher if dessert was included in the set menu.

Not enough bar staff for patrons. Staff serving were slow. Lower bar service was intermittent.

disappointed that 50% off food voucher from fork was not able to be used: I was sure when booking that this was confirmed but a good night nonetheless

Decent food quality, however on the day of booking the bar tap wasn't working so can't get any tap beer. Otherwise a rather pleasant experience

When my wife and I walked in, the staff were extremely helpful and the atmosphere was fantastic. The host asked us about our day and we were celebrating our anniversary. We were seated with a great view of the Story Bridge. We walked past the kitchen and the pork knuckle took our eye. Let meet just say, neither of us finished our meal, it was very big and cooked to perfection. There did seem to be a shortage of staff, as the few who were on, looked to be very busy all the time, however they gave you 100% attention when they were with you.

Good food, has a range of drinks. A bit on the pricier end.

To noisy they can't decide whether they are a restaurant or a nightclub not good for dining. There were a lot of drunk people there.

Food was very disappointing, service was nonexistent we sat at 5 pm on a Sunday for Fathers day and were generally very disappointed deciding we definitely would not return!

Took an age to be seated even though booking was made months ago. A couple of the meals arrived substantially later than the others. Given free bottle of wine for having to wait. No table service outside.

Waitress got our order wrong even though she repeated it, so two people had to wait even longer for there meals. Beer was great, views were a amazing. Music outside was a bit too loud as our table of eight had to yell at each other to hear each other. Had to wait a long time to get drinks and starter arrived before drinks which was annoying as you want your beer before your pretzel. Would go back but only for a beer and pretzel definitely wouldn’t take family back for dinner, just didn’t seem like the right atmosphere. But perhaps it’s where we were seated and it was happy hour
