We and our friends had a great night. The staff were fantastic and so was the food. Tables were spaced out nicely and the app for ordering and paying for your meal and drinks is easy to use.

The staff were fast, efficient and friendly, the ordering process was either via there app or at the bar, loved both of those options especially when you don’t want to leave your table. Drinks and food came quickly and the team always had a smile on their faces even when it got busy! Will be back again for sure!!

Didn't like the online ordering. Couldn't get the app to work correctly on my phone, would have been quicker to order at the bar. Wouldn't accept my wife's meal card when she tried to order online.

We had a great time the staff where nice and the food came out super quick. The food was delicious as were the drinks. My only feedback would be some had issues paying with the pay system but besides that everything was great

Great food, great service, great ambience. Loved the Afterburner Wings, was mouth wateringly spicy. Pork Belly was perfect, juicy meat with the best crackling crunch. Left very full and very satisfied.

Unfortunately very disappointed with the service and food! Will not be returning. Waitress had no idea what she was doing nor did they give us menues for the two children that were with us. Did not let us know how we had to order or how to order our drinks? Food was really bad, way to much salt on everything! Very disappointed went I had to pay close to $80 for 3 meals including drinks. Which included 2 children's meals/drinks and 1 adults meal/drink. Way to expensive in my opinion!

Really enjoyed the food. The service was also great although it is a little impersonal now you order yourself through a QR code at the table. The only negative thing I would say is the table water tasted pretty bad. The rest of the experience was great.

Service was very fast. Staff were very friendly. I did not like using the app to order- it wouldn’t work and we had to find someone to help us. I appreciate it minimises contact in the current climate, but I prefer a more personalised service.

It was good food and okay service but how you order now is ridiculous. Also the prices are just to steep for the meal. Was also disappointed that they no longer do the Brewmate as I paid for the membership and never got to use it. Highly doubt we will bother again.

The whole group enjoyed all our meals, two had the pork knuckle and were pleased with the amount of meat on it, the chicken Parma was great and the struddle was delicious, all staff were very friendly and helpful

Nice presentation but did not like ordering everything online. You scan a QR code at the table and place the order for food and drinks on your phone. May as well have ordered in at home- did not like having no service from staff.

The food was good but if you don’t like sourkrout there isn’t any other vegetable options. Their ordering app didn’t work well but they allowed us to order at the bar. It was very cold at the table we were given.

Tonight will be the last time we dine at Bavarian - having to place an order for our food and drinks via an app instead of a waitress taking our order - no thanks. Had trouble downloading required app due to poor phone reception - and no wifi to tap into at the restaurant even though they insist you order online. Very expensive considering the low amount of interaction with staff.

Awesome experience. Will go back again. The food is absolutely amazing. Beer is awesome. Staff is very friendly. It is the only place at Greenhills that you can just set down and have a quiet drink.

Food was okay but expensive for what you got. The app to order from didn’t work properly and we waited a long time for our food. When the food arrived we had to ask twice for cutlery. Overall quite disappointing.

We have been 3 times since its reopening. We thought we would get used to the new ordering system but unfortunately we are still struggling. We would much prefer to have a friendly staff member greet us and take our orders. Can't fault the staff or the food. Always enjoy ourselves. New system is too sterile for our liking though.

We made a booking for a Sunday night. We arrived to be told that the new ordering system is now online and had to be done through your phone. That was fine for us, but I think others would find this difficult and confusing. Every round of drink orders had to be ordered and paid through your phone every time. We arrived at 6.30 and ordered around 7. We were then told at 7.28pm that the bar and kitchen were closing so we needed to make any final orders! What kind of a beer house closes their bar at 7.30pm on a weekend ? We quickly placed another round of drinks order. This was so disappointing. I asked if I could order a mocktail and if I could just order a normal cocktail without the alcohol, I was told they couldn’t do that because they didn’t have the ingredients?! I ended up getting some drink that was literally just juice and ice. My husband and I ordered their Oktoberfest special sharing platter which included pretzels and a dessert. This was $79.Turns out this platter is that same as their normal $59 sharing platter.... you are judging paying an extra $20 for pretzels and dessert. Well the pretzels were the size of dinner rolls and only included 3..... the platter was nice but the pork knuckle was quite dry. The desserts were just a small pastry with apple and sultanas and a scoop of ice cream. Definitely not worth the extra $20. There were only around 4 other tables with customers. It was around 8pm and the staff were starting to pack up.... we were still waiting for our dessert. We asked the waitress if it was still coming and she looked so confused. She came back and advised us our food docket had been lost so the desserts were missed, but were now coming. By the time they arrived it was 8.30pm and they started to close the doors. We felt so rushed. Our dirty dinner plates were still sitting on our table... even though we were the only ones there. Service was terrible, staff were confused when we asked questions about the ordering system, our food was forgotten, table was not cleared. Sorry Bavarian, none of us will be back
