Quite disappointing with the new QR system. Lacked customer service, the cocktails had very little alcohol in them, table took ages to be cleared, and the overall quality of the restaurant has significantly declined since covid. I used to really like going here but quite disappointed now with how things have changed

Was very impressed with Phalina our host. We all enjoyed our meals. Other than seats hard to get into and no toilets. We had a variety of meals and everything was enjoyed.

Delicious food and fast and friendly service. We had the trio of sausages and pork belly and it was delicious. The staff were friendly and service was super quick. Great place for a good, German meal.

Felina, our waitress, was perfect from the start. We were there with some good friends & had 3 kids with us. Felina treated them with respect & made sure they had drinks. The menu didn't indicate the gluten free options but the Manager helped us out with our options. The Crackling on the Pork Knuckle was excellent. The Parma serve was huge and the Chilli Schnapps is worth trying. Thank you for a good night.

For two 500ml beers, two schnitzels ($3 for 30ml of sauce on the side!) and a TINY entree of mac & cheese balls, the cost was very high. Add to that the fact that we had to order online from the table, being told by a table attendant that the ordering process might be challenging for “oldies like us”, being forced to pay a premium on top of the cost of the meals for “venue” and “payment processing” charges, being delivered meals with lukewarm fries and lacklustre coleslaw (smashed cabbage), the food was a major disappointment. If you add in a very obvious lack of masks (no longer mandatory) and social distancing (server leaning over our table to instruct us “oldies” on how to order), this is a business that has clearly moved on from the lockdown and had devised clever ways to streamline their business model. I will say that we have visited this store in the past and found the quality and service to be exemplary... not any more. Clearly the pandemic restrictions and return to COVID normal has been challenging for this business, thought they appear to be trying. For what we paid for one entree, two mains & two beers, we could feed ourselves for a week. I will happily pay for good food, drink and service. Regrettably we got none of these.

Food was very good however a bit pricey. Our children loved the burgers and we enjoyed the Best of Bavaria Set menu meals. We have dined here a couple of times and food has been consistent

Whilst ordering with the web is social distancing. it lacks the human touch. Menu has been reduced and the share plate is now missing. - hopefully temporarily

The payment system was not working. Every time we ordered from the online system we waited 30mins and then had to go up to the bar and check. They mentioned there was something wrong with the payment system but I'm not sure if that was an excuse because when it was less busy, service is okay.

We had to wait a little while to be seated, but after that everything ran smoothly. The beers were great, the meals didn't take too long to arrive and staff checked we were happy with our meals. The food was hot, looked appealing and tasted delicious. The 50% deal makes it a fantastic deal. Great atmosphere, not too noisy, highly recommend this restaurant.

Understaffed. Not overly busy, yet a salad and schnitzel took 1 hour and 15 mins to arrive at the table. Offered a partial refund which was appreciated. Would have preferred food to come in time.

This is second time we’ve visited. Food was very average the first time but thought we’d give it a second chance since it was 50% off. Food was not good again - I had pork belly, it was over cooked, my sons chicken parmigiana was not bad and husbands fish and chips were average as well - the fish was mushy, although the batter was good. We definitely will not return. Such a shame since it’s quite lovely inside.
