The pork cracking was sensational! Loved the happy hour cocktails and we had the lovely Sarah looking after us and that was icing on the cake.

Good addition to the Bavarian chain, however more of a bar that serves food than a restaurant. Good atmosphere with an accordion player walking around the room entertaining guests. Food and Drinks were good and overall a pleasant night.

About The Bavarian Rouse Hill

Whether you’re gearing up for the movie you've been waiting a year for, a pre-midnight premier feast or a classic dinner and movie date night, The Bavarian is perfect for any occasion. Set in the heart of the busy Rouse Hill Town Centre, this is a perfect family-friendly dining destination that has got all the boxes ticked. The menu is a great balance between healthy and hearty, with everything from rich Bavarian classics to contemporary Mod-Oz favourites. Best dish: crackling pork belly with red cabbage, mashed potatoes, onion Bier jus and apple compote.
