Staff and service was good . Did not like the use of digital menu as you can not alter your order by to much. Ended up getting a waiter to tell kitchen staff about variation to order. Which I think is a waste of time having to use digital menu when you need a staff to take your order anyway. Food was great.

Friendly staff. Online ordering from the table was different, but seemed to work really well. Food was excellent! Minimal vegetables and a LOT of meat, but that's the German way, so it's fine. My partner and I couldn't finish our Bavarian Signature Tasting Platter and ended up taking home pretty much a whole meal (for one) in a doggy bag. We'll be back for sure.

The ambiance was great. I really like the big drink sizes and I thought the drinks tasted great. I had schnitzel with mushroom sauce . It would be great if there was a little bit more sauce . Also I am unsure if the chefs crumb the schitzel but other German restaurants add additional herbs to the crumb which tastes really good. The staff were wonderful with their covid safe practices .

Great service especially from the guy on the door i didn't catch his name but he was amazing with showing us how to order on our phone when we didn't know how too and also the staff for checking on us throughout the night

Good food and beers were nice. Only let down was we ordered a cocktail jug and only got 2 glasses so we would have been cheaper ordering 2 individual cocktails but when I queried staff were happy to supply 2 more cocktails free of charge

The staff that work at the beverian in Shellharbour was great !! But the food was disappointing besides the chicken wings. The Apple strudel was disgusting but the pretzel were very nice !! The burgers and German sausages were very average especially for the price.

The worst $130 experience I've ever had. The food was greasy, the $23 bacon project burger was so sloppy, bacon uncooked, it was uneatable, my grandson took 2 bites and couldn't eat anymore. Every dish we had was greasy or salty. Chicken wings were cold and were drowned in the worst chipotle sauce I 've ever had. The pork knuckle was so dry it was unpleasant to eat. The only thing everyone agreed that tasted good were the chips, not the best but nice. So disappointed, still hurts the money we spent. Trying to treat my son and grandchildren to a nice dinner, I hate to say this, but I wished I had taken them to McDonald's

The platter was delicious and plenty big enough for two people. Unfortunately there were no chips available but in the end they weren’t needed. The interactions with staff were minimal under COVID restrictions.

The atmosphere was good and what service was needed after ordering online was pleasant. But with one meal, 3 sides and 4 drinks, the bill was over $150. So did seem a bit pricey considering what we had. The Texan fries were disappointing too. $12 for chips with bbq sauce and garlic aioli. Bit steep. Also $12 for the tinniest macaroni balls ever. Surprisingly small! The mushroom sauce was really good though and we tried the deep fried pickles, which were yummy.

Staff looked like they didn't want to be there. Not one single smile, only sour faces. Ordered using their online system only to find out after I paid that they don't have it. My friend couldn't even use the system as the payment wouldn't go through. On top of it they charge a small service and vendor fee when ordering. Had a tiny pretzel with a drop off butter to nibble on with drinks. If it was home made as advertised is questionable. Overall this was a disappointing experience. Overpriced for what it is, customer service at it's lowest and apart from a nice interior design the atmosphere was just like any other pub.
