I absolutely love coming to this restaurant. We come here quite often just for the amazing atmosphere and the excellent staff that work behind the bar and in the kitchen.

Food was nice but expensive. Staff were lovely. But i didnt like that i had to pay online and was charged a fee to do so. Food came in a timely manner.

My friends and I had booked the $69 Christmas special to which we asked on arrival if one person doesn’t want to do the deal (because she is vegetarian), can the rest of the table still do it, which we were told yes. Once we got to the table and picked what we were going to have, the waitress then came over and stated that they don’t have any cocktails available and also everyone at the table has to do the deal. This was very disappointing as most of us don’t drink beer or wine and were purely there for the cocktails. I then asked if there was a possibility that we could instead do basic spirit drinks with the deal (e.g. vodka raspberry), to which was quickly rejected. To say I’m disappointed would be an understatement. Perhaps for future reference, make sure all staff are familiar with the rules around a deal so that there is no confusion and also having an alternative for any drinks you may have limited availability on.

Went here for my adult sons birthday. Disappointed that we had to order only with QKR code which I understand because of covid, but it was time consuming, was then charged a surcharge because I used my credit card (not really any other way!) Food was brought out to table, then didn't see a staff member at all! Was paying restaurant prices, but treated like I was at a takeaway fast food place! Hopefully the QKR wont stay after covid... don't need as many staff, as they don't talk to anyone. !

Waited a long time for old food that was honestly not worth the huge price tag. we also couldn’t hear each other because the music was so loud but other than that the staff were great and friendly.

Having to use the phone to set up an account to order was really annoying. Waiter was bordering on rude. Music too loud. Food quality and amount disappointing. Beer was very good but you could only order in 500ml minimum not good. We will not recommend this place or go back.

We had a booking for 6pm and arrived a little early, we were greeted at the entrance and made feel very welcome. We had 3 courses which were amazing. Will definately be dino g here again

The food was very ordinary with not much on menu. Dessert was very dry and adding a 10% surcharge is ridiculous if they choose to open on a Sunday. People drunk and yelling made it uncomfortable.

Food was ok. We had the tasting platter which was nice. The grilled cheese sandwich from the kids menu wasn't really a sandwich. It was melted parmesan cheese on a burger bun. Daughter didn't like it, would have preferred a proper sandwich with tasty cheese. Music was too loud which made conversation almost impossible. 10% surcharge on Sundays.

Food was excellent, will definitely be back again. You just have to get your cutlery and napkins from adjacent vacant tables as they are not replaced when someone leaves.

Enjoyed our dining experience, we have found the service and food is always of a high consistency. Enjoyable relaxed atmosphere with live music playing. My husband was the first to try the mega loaded hotdog, It did not disappoint and he ate the whole thing! It was great to see the team excited about the first one they served too and request feedback. One of our favourite places to dine

Took the kids to the Bavarian Toowoomba 'Paint a Pretzel' and they loved it - $5 for a freshed baked Pretzel and sprinkles, as well as choc, strawberry and pink icing. They review - GREAT and definitely go again.
