awful service - couldnt even remember to bring water twice and enough glasses for four people, there was also only one waiter in the restaurant after the guy mentioned above left, which resulted in food and dishes being left on many tables for ages after the customers left

They were quick to get your order and food on the table however they didn’t come near you again. Ordered another drink didn’t get it. Couldn’t get dessert. Service after original contact was nonexistent. Food was nice, but let down by service. Venue too small for the amount of tables. Not suitable for families more suited to younger people. Won’t go back again.

Hi Lee, First of all let me thank-you for taking the time to review the experience in which you had with us Saturday night. Secondly, I must apologize for the experience in which you had. We were incredibly short staffed that evening which caused a delay in the service. However this should not be an excuse as we want anyone who comes in to dine with us have a memorable and true Bavarian experience. I really hope to change your mind on the view of the restaurant and offer you the true Bavarian experience with a $100.00 venue voucher. Everything’s good but only just one of the staff who is tallest lady has no expression on face and dull voice when we served by her. She made me feel unwelcomed and uncomfortable.

I was very disappointed with the sitting, tables are to close no room to get in or out, rubbing backs with the person behind me sitting on another table, when I had to get out I had to put my feet on the bench and slide on my bottom to get out.

Went for wing night, wings did not have enough hot sauce so were dry, also they held a ghost paper challenge right in the middle of the entry way pushed up near peoples tables, creating a non functioning eating comp for the people involved & the other dinners. Will not be back to much disorganization general sloppiness.
