Restaurant is under renovations, but still open with outdoor seating and table service. It was our first time to The Boathouse Tavern. Meal size was great, but the online ordering could do with a little more description ("Tuesday Rib Night" had the option of half or full rack, but no idea if it came with chips and salad or vegetables, or as it did come - with coleslaw and chips.) Asian BBQ chicken with rice was also well portioned and delicious. Staff friendly and helpful throughout the evening, particularly so when the online ordering was not functioning as it should.

Great service and incredible food. The place has plenty of areas, so you don't feel squash-in. I would highly recommend it to families with young kids.

Had my 30th here weekend just beem was amazing food was great staff were lovely. Only fault was 2 friemds arrived late so they ordered but they did it via the code on the table and hour had passed so they went to check if there order was almost ready as there qas only a 40 min wait but it had been a hour but apparently therw food was delivered to the wrong table (dont no how this hapoened when qr code from out table was scanned) whcih then there meals got taken back up to kitchen till whoever did order them came claimed them instead of checking whcih table ordered these dishes from qr code order they just let there food sit there. So besides that everything was amazing

Our 1st time at the Boathouse, I had Eye fillet with bacon topper (medium rare) - my wife had Fisherman's catch. Firstly the servings are huge but this isn't why I rate the Boathouse highly, it's the quality of the food. My Eye fillet was perfectly cooked and my wife's Seafood dish was the best I've seen.

Brilliant service with happy staff. We loved the Christmas decorations it looked all very professional. Staff helped with celebrating Mums birthday too! Great night great service!

Female bartender was not friendly, responses were blunt and no smile. Food was average, squid tasted floury. Staff were not presenting clean and tidy with untied long hair serving food, uniform soaked in sweat and unbuttoned.

THE AMBIENCE IS BEAUTIFUL THE FOOD WELL PRICED AND VERY TASTY. SERVICE WAS PROMPT AND POLITE. WOULD DEFINITELY GO AGAIN AND DEFINITELY RECOMMEND.

We really enjoy coming here - the food is great. But it's always very busy and often with large groups and parties so it can be very noisy. The setting is nice and there is a great variety on the menu, catering for everyone!

Great restaurant, great staff with friendly & outstanding customer service. Our group of 8 went for a 50th birthday dinner & the staff were awesome couldn’t do enough to help. Thank you for a great night out. We’ve been here at least 6-8 times & each time has been great.

Very Relaxed atmosphere outside dining lovely meal fantastic service by our lovely young waiter we will definitely be dining there again plenty of car parking so most enjoyable lunch thank you all your stuff
