Had a great brunch - grandmother, daughter and granddaughters for a Christmas treat. Food was good quality and some interesting options for brunch.

We had the Christmas lunch menu - food was great but our coffee after wasn't hot (just warm) so that could be improved.

Ther Sunny Eggs are a great choice. Wonderful view. Do chekc out the discovery garden and the bosai garden while you're there.

Second time had lunch there. Services not friendly when asking to wipe the dirty chairs when first arrived. Warned us to place the order before the other tables in a forcing manner when first walk in at the check-in. One of the dishes missing some salad when the other 4 same dishes. When asking to put salad back the waitress replied that's only for decoration anyway :-(

About The Conservatory Restaurant

The Conservatory restaurant offers contemporary Australian cuisine, with dishes simply prepared with care, to share. Produce is sourced primarily within Canberra’s 100-mile foodshed to support good farming in the region. The focus is on organic and biodynamic produce, heirloom meats, seasonal vegetables and fruits, and sustainable sea and fresh water foods. The views are incredible and the food is even better. Get here! Best dish: slow cooked wagyu cheek, celeriac puree, confit eschallots, brussel sprouts.
