Their desire to not be restricted by just one genre has led them to focus on creating dishes that are impactful but harmonious, tying in the best produce they are able to source, serving exceptional dishes that stimulate the senses, and engage the imagination of guests.

From the instant we walked in the Cube we were looked after, the wine tasting in the premium bar with the lovely Lucy and Georgie was a wonderful way to start. The service in the restaurant was as perfect as the food. Some wonderful suggestions of wine from the staff paired the extraordinary dishes that have to be experienced to be believed. Our afternoon at the Cube was a life highlight to be sure!!

Overall was a superb dining experience! The venue itself is incredibly unique, the food is out of this world, and the staff are so enthusiastic and really do tie it all together. Absolutely nailed it.
