7/10Waitress was fantastic, I don’t think we’ve had better. Steak was good quality and nicely cooked but too much salt. Fish was very good and nicely cooked. Chicken parmigiana was very nice. A shame we couldn’t go on the deck with our 12 year old son.

9.5/10Second time here and food was once again amazing! I had the steak which was cooked perfectly and my other had the mega parma which was very yummy too. Service impeccable especially by our waitress (brunette, sorry don't know her name). The atmosphere is a little noisy because it is practically a club / bar with a DJ on the deck (not a bad thing as that is I guess the main point behind this place). No reason to not return as the food was certainly lovely!

8.3/10First time eating here and it didn't disappoint. Service by the wait staff was impeccable and the food was yummy too. Simple but that's what I like! Too cold to eat outside however I believe it would be great to eat there on a nice warm evening. Great TV(s) too for watching sports (we were right in front watching a final and it was great) :) Definitely recommend!

7.5/10While the food was nice, it was overly pretentious for a pub, expensive and I had to go out and get something to eat afterwards because the servings are not generous.

5/10We did not eat here as the music was too loud. It was 6:30pm and they were getting ready for a night club. I had no idea it was a clubbing venue. I thought you could just have a nice meal with good views.

Covering all bases... The Deck est. 2013 is a unique venue combining Frankston's finest food & beverage destination & friendly local pub. Occupying a heritage listed building which once housed the iconic Frankston Post Office, it has had its original façade brought back to life and the rooftop redeveloped to create exceptional views overlooking Frankston beach & Port Phillip Bay; it's the perfect environment for a leisurely lunch, after work drink or chilled out Sunday session. The creative, culinary crew led by Chef de Cuisine – Noel Black (formerly of the Grand Hyatt Melbourne and the Hyatt Regency Calgary) have created a menu that celebrates the abundance of seasonal produce available on the beautiful Mornington Peninsula. It's pub food but not as you know it. The Deck crew have sourced & sampled a fine selection of Australian wines available by the glass & by the bottle including a stunning collection of local Mornington Peninsula wine. Add to this a comprehensive range of icy cold local & imported draught & bottled beers & ciders, the list of exquisite classic & modern cocktails and a superb scotch menu... what more can we say, the Deck crew have got you covered.
