8.5/10Meat was sliced too thin so was hard to pick up once released into hotpot. Staff was slow servicing us since the start so at the end we skipped icecream. Staff also assumed we speak mandarin, even though my friend didnt. Staff also spoke too fast in heavily accented mandarin, didnt have the patience to repeat what they said or offer to translate into english for my friend. Also a serious pack of utensils, no public chopsticks were offered and no spoons with nets given to scoop out food from hotpot. Overall, i find better value and service at Haidilao or other hotpot buffets.

9/10Wonderful food experience although very expensive . Service was excellent! Though quieter where we were sitting it wasn’t very attractive next to the fire doors but probably the best spot should a fire break out!

10/10We decided to come here as we’d heard good things and they did not disappoint. There was a good selection of seafood and it was very fresh. All the food and service was amazing. Will definitely come back again.

7/10The ambience was great and service exceptional, did feel like staff was always hovering at times, food was decent not too special just your usual hotpot sides. Found pricing very expensive. Definitely a place to experience the ambience.
