Meet the Chef
Originally from Italy, descended from three generations of bakers Davide attended hospitality school in Padova. He worked as the Sous Chef at Black Truffle and later at Latium, then joined the team at Michelin starred Imago in 2007. He was procured by The Oberoi Group heading up the team at one of their five-star hotels. He joined Aqua Dining in 2014 and The Nielsen in 2017, becoming co-owners of both venues. In 2019 he became a co-owner and the Executive Chef for The Fenwick.
