Food was nice but won’t be rushing back. Would Have been nice to use China tea cups and not usual standard cups which were utilised for other clients for coffee and which are nothing special. Selection of tea was good, food nicely presented and staff pleasant

The high tea has a great selection of salmon bao, chicken walnut sandwiches and a variety of sweets. What I love about the desserts is not too sweet but still super yummy and unique. The hyde park view is amazing, the music is great and the atmosphere is so relaxing. Customer service is really outstanding and the price is reasonable. Highly recommend! The best high tea in Sydney!

The staff and ambience was nice but the food really let the experience down. For an afternoon high tea the selection of sandwiches/savoury items was strange and not tasty whatsoever. Cakes and scones were meagre and nothing to write home about either. It’s a shame as the place and the view are very nice, and the staff really did aim to please.

The quality has dropped here. We booked and came out to the city expecting buffet service which is still advertised on their website but found that wasn't the case. We left and went for high tea at qvb as the quality is always good.

My granddaughter and I were visiting from Canberra and loved our High Tea at The Sheraton Grand. The food was delicious, the service impeccable, the experience delightful.

We had a very enjoyable high tea experience. The staff were very accommodating for vegetarians and children, everyone enjoyed the food and atmosphere.

Great Customer service but that place is too cold. I would have preferred to have that tea in a warmer environment. Other than the coldness, the service was superb.

We had a cosy seat for our high tea in a sunny position with a view of the park. The service was excellent and the food was beautifully presented and tasty with the selection a mix of modern and traditional. It is understandably difficult in the age of covid19 to achieve atmosphere yet my daughter and I enjoyed our high tea and were made to feel special.

The poor and disorganised customer service started upon entering. When we were seated, the table was empty with no cutlery despite coming in with a reservation for the high tea buffet. Upon seating, the waiter walked away without offering us a menu. It took a good five minutes to get the attention of another waiter. The buffet itself lacked adequate cutlery. For example, the macaron and tart area did not have any tongs to pick them up with. The cheese selection did not have a cheese knife that could easily and neatly cut hard cheeses. Instead, there was a butter spreader, which did not go well. It was extremely disappointing for a global hotel. It was severely understaffed for a Saturday, with very slow plate clearance. Staff were hardworking but would benefit from further training in upscale dining.

I requested for a high chair in my booking. When I arrived, no baby chair was set up for me, I had to ask 3 times before they provided me a high chair. The food there was good, but I was not happy that they charged me for an extra pot of tea for the high tea set without first letting me know. In another words, tea is complimentary but is not free flowing. Sound confusing. For a 5 star hotel, they should have provided better & clearer service to customers & patrons.

We went there for hightea session and the food was okay! Savory tastes actually better than the desserts surprisingly. Staffs are very friendly but the response is fairly slow. Overall a good experience!

High tea was wonderful. Rather than being served on a tier stan, the weekend is a self serve buffett. Om my goodness was it a buffet. Thoroughly enjoyable
