Nice restaurant. Food is high quality. The service is top and the waitress was very considerate. Highly recommend this gem. Just needs a bit of marketing.
We loved the food and the wait staff was absolutely lovely. The decor was beautiful too, wish more people would’ve been there as it was a bit empty.
I had visited on 14 Feb to have dinner with my wife, firstly, i had to wait for my food about more than an hour, and the curry was extremely spicy, however it suppose to be spicy but not like i am just only eating red chilly, spice should have proper texture to be get enjoyed. On the top of that did not get any apology from manager. Would not visit them again.
The mains were really good, starters were ok, customer service needs to be improved, customer service Staff needs a bit of more training n be quick enough
Food is excellent!
The best Indian meal I've had in Sydney. Perfect service, quality wine at a good price. Great decor with most imported from India. But the star was the food. Every dish dishlicious.
Great hidden gem in the CBD!
The place is great, and so is the food, and I hate saying this, but the service was terrible. There was only 2 waiters for a Friday afternoon lunch with a packed restaurant. They really should have more people helping. It took us 1:30h to have 2 main dishes.
Good food and environment
Amazing setting and food was great
Entrees were really good, mains were good too but I think their menu is so vast that it gets really confusing when trying to decide what to order. Will go back again for sure.
The food is amazing. Can't doubt it at all. Service is good and the speed of food to table is incredible. I felt the atmosphere can be a bit better mainly due to the lack of natural light in the restaurant, so it can feel a bit dark and daunting ... but that's a minor issue.... well worth it. The Hariyali Chicken was the stand out dish.
Very good food and nice venue
It is very difficult to find quality Indian food in Sydney CBD, even more so at a value price for a sit down experience. My business friends and I have been here 3 times in recent months, and have never been disappointed. We have no hesitation in recommending it.
quality of the food is amazing. Fresh ingredients, great aroma of spices. Staff is welcoming and professional. Service is great too. Food is bit expensive but worth spending money
The food was absolutely delicious. Decor was impressive.
We were having a drink in our hotel lobby and spotted The Grand Pavilion right across the street from us. As we didn’t feel like venturing far that evening we decided to give them a go and are glad we did! Friendly service and really tasty food. We didn’t have huge meals but what we had tasted fresh and delicious. Would definitely book again. We even got a 50% reduction as we booked through Fork - a bonus - but we would have been perfectly content paying full price.
Delicious indian food
Great dining experience at The Grand Pavilion. We celebrated my birthday here, and we were lucky it wasn't too busy :) Food was quick to arrive, and amazingly good. Service was great too. We will definitely be back! Thanks
The quality of food was worth the price and it was delicious. I loved the positive vibe at the restaurant. The staff were very welcoming and superb service.
