The atmosphere is amazing and friendly staff. They forgot our drinks but was very kind enough to offer us a second drink in the house. Overall, we had a great date night! 🤩

Excellent views and ambiance. Service was very good. Food/ snacks are pricey for the quality and quantity.

Absolutely love this place, been quite a few times and the standards are always high - the NYE event was the perfect way to celebrate and bring in the new year - an amazing and perfect evening.

Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with the food, it seemed as though it had been prepared that morning and we ate at 5pm that afternoon. The waitress' were inconsistent in advice, apparently, we weren't allowed OJ that was only for children but it did not indicate that on the online menu. The Venue its self is amazing and the views were the main delight of the afternoon. This event had huge potential however it was not quite what we expected. The tea was also very limited the only reason it could be called a high tea was sweets and savory small bites on a tear platter. I hope next year improved from food and drinks.

Good Mother’s Day High Tea - was well organised, generous and children’s activities were a nice touch.

I went here for the Mother's day high tea. To access this restaurant you need to use the lift but the lift doesn't work until 9:30am which was the time of our booking. Please consider putting a sign in the hotel reception or providing this information when you call to confirm bookings so that you don't have masses of people asking the concierge. We were seated straight away and given champagne, tea and coffee. Juice was also supposed to be offered according to the menu but wasn't. We received our food within 15 minutes of being seated but we were given seafood when I requested no seafood and I even mentioned it again when my booking was confirmed. It was 15 minutes later when the child in our group recieved their food and that was after asking 3 separate staff about it. Half a fairy bread sandwich, a ham and cheese roll, a small doughnut and a mini muffin was definitely not worth the $30 we paid. There should have been a drink included with the kids meal instead of us having to pay extra for a hot chocolate. We asked 4 times for more tea and coffee and also asked for water which never came. The view was beautiful and the staff were friendly but there weren't enough of them to meet the demands of the customers. Overall it was overpriced and wasn't a great experience.

I have been to the Howling Moon on many occasions prior for drinks, gatherings and whatnot, however the Mother’s Day High Tea experience was a let down. Throwing an assortment of petite edible items on a tiered stand doesn’t make it high tea. You also need a selection of tea. And in a teapot at that. The tea was brought around in what looked like a caterers thermos - mine was cold and I sent it back for a hot brew. 25 minutes later I was still waiting for my hot tea. Another let down was the one scone per person. This does not suffice as a high tea and I strongly recommend management does some research on well known high tea institutions. There is potential for something wonderful but this wasn’t executed on this occasion.
