Staff very friendly and accommodating.
tables not cleared until asked. Long tables are not a good idea for groups. A lot of noise like a shopping centre so you can't hear anyone speak.
it was very hard to have a conversation as it was very noisy where we sitting but the food was beutiful
It should look a lot better after the renovations are complete. The service was very good and the meals are even better.
The place is under construction at the moment which makes the place look a bit shabby as a first impression. The service was good - friendly waiters who promptly took our orders although there was a long wait for our mains. However, to be fair they were quite busy. The food was neither bad nor memorable. I ordered the spring rolls which were a little bland and the Mongolian garlic lamb which was tasty but very rich. The food was reasonably priced particularly if you are a member of the club. They also filled my sparkling wine to the top of the glass which is also a plus in my eyes!
We had $32 Banquet All courses with 2 exceptions were very tasty and fresh. Fried Rice was ordinary and Beef & Veg was watery. Previously all courses were exceptional. Yum Cha was not available due to equipment problems but they did phone me in advance. However the service was excellent and overall we enjoyed socialising at Bambu.
Not value for money. A lot of confusion re which menu was available on the night.
Look forward to coming back
Have an early night to beat the crowd
Good value and the food was nice. The service was decent but the atmosphere is loud and in the middle of a leagues club, so not conducive to a first or romantic date, in my opinion. The yum cha on the weekend is amazing, though! Highly recommend that over normal a la carte.
Nice tasting chinese
Good food, nice atmosphere
Great for a last minute booking for a new years eve dinner.
First time dining here, I took my two work colleagues for Christmas dinner and we all very much enjoyed ourself. Food, servers, drinks even the wait servers were fantastic. Plates were cleaned up straight away, as soon as we ordered food or drinks came out fast. Everyone was polite and happy. I will definitely be back and recommend others. X
everyone in our group was happy and there was plenty of food.
Very good service Beautiful food
Took my friend for like and we both totally enjoyed ourselves.
Absolutely lovely experience along with outstanding food. Would highly recommend
Good service, nice food. thank you
Good food, attentive servers, good with children. Happy to return and would recommend. Did have to ask 3 times for one dish (rice for fussy child) however all other dishes served quickly
