We are local and have thought about coming in so many times. We certainly weren’t disappointed with everything.loved it. Thank you for the lovely experience.
Great food, friendly service and warm relaxed atmosphere. We have never been disappointed at The Locavore and we really will come here more often! It's a local treasure so close to home!
The staff were very polite and friendly! Also very accommodating, I asked for some pumpkin in my burger and it wasn’t a problem at all. Great food. Will definitely be back!
The service was very friendly and the atmosphere pleasant. The range of dishes on offer suited everyone in our group. I would happily return to The Locavore again.
Really delicious food, great service and reasonably priced. We had a really enjoyable night and left very full!! Highly recommend going to Loca-Vore.
The food was superb each individual entree and main had its own beautiful flavours, the pulled pork spring rolls were the best spring rolls I have ever had. The service was great they made our baby feel welcome and the atmosphere was pleasant. No wonder it’s a busy restaurant credit to the staff and management.
Fantastic as always. Food great! Service great! Wine great! Company great! .........................................................................
We considered ourselves fortunate indeed to find Locavore a few months ago and are recommending it at every opportunity. On our most recent visit we brought a guest, a former chef in Adelaide and Cairns, who also enthusiastically agreed with our 10 out of 10
This is our favourite local restaurant! Quality of the food always superb, service outstanding and atmosphere relaxed! Perfect way to spend our wedding anniversary!
Great food with wonderful flavours. All of the people on our table were very happy with their meals. Service was prompt Great atmosphere Value for money
An ideal venue for a delicious meal pre a play by the Stirling Players. Staff excellent and will work to get you to the play on time. Free glass of good wine with each main course for customers going to the theatre. A wonderful night out.
Locavore provides an ever changing menu of delicious foods, with small plates for a selection of tasters as well as great mains. We like the terrific selection of wines by the glass, as well as spirits and cocktails available. The team deliver great service and the restaurant has a great atmosphere.
We had a superb family dinner. You could tell that a lot of love went into the preparation of our meals. Well done. Even our two kids were really complimentray
We have entertained friends at Locovore several times now. We love the concept of eating local and we enjoy visiting Stirling. Staff are always attentive and friendly.
A moreish menu serving delicious, fresh flavours. Venue was light and airy, filled with greenery and rustic touches. A perfect playlist to complement the relaxed feel.
What an absolute delightful discovery in the heart of our local scene. My taste buds were singing with the master chef quality of flavours, textures and dining experience. Hip hip hooray for Locavore!!
Brilliant. Fabulous. Perfect. Excellent. Absolutely delightful. Simply the best restaurant in the hills. Can’t get over how remarkably good this place is. If you haven’t been please do yourself a favour and go!
We certainly did consider this little restaurant a great find. The staff were very welcoming, even when we arrived in our motorcycle gear. The food was amazing, creative, tasty, fresh and delicious. We’ll definitely be back.
Great restaurant as so helpful dealing with food allergies. Customised the meals for us and service was excellent.
This is a lovely little restaurant in the Main Street of Stirling. The food is always good, lots of variety and little surprises in the menu. Always cooked to perfection! We love their tapas sharing selections, especially the aranchini.

Who needs a cellar door? Travelling to Stirling is such a delight in itself that the town’s eating houses get a head start on their city counterparts. Lovacore is the tourist’s delight – the number of awards won in their short stint in the lush town is too many to count, and they proudly wear the badge for having more Adelaide Hills’ wines exclusively on their list than anywhere in the world. A favourite for slick cocktail parties or sit down functions, the menu is broad and offers a beautiful breakfast option, tapas and nibbles. They’re all about the 100-mile rule, ensuring that all produce is local, and as such it is always amazing to go and see what their 10 Daily Specials have morphed into from week to week. Some of their food is simply too good to make an easy choice – think pulled confit duck gnocchi, Harris smoked trout salad and their delicious homemade fishcakes. Allow a little longer at this place to have a couple of extra dishes, you won’t regret it. Best Dish: regional tasting plate
