Very good service despite the venue was full. Juicy meat
Food was fantastic. We were seated underneath a flickering light which at times was a little annoying, but otherwise the food and service was great.
We had the fillet mignon and Portuguese chicken skewer. All dishes tasted great and the presentation was v good. The steak for my wife was a bit undercooked in the middle and they reheated it and offered her a complimentary salad and sauce.
Great service and wonderful food. This was our third time here!
Nice food. Not enough time for desert tho, will try next time.
Food was absolutely amazing and we were blown away. Service was super attentive! High recommend entree - calamari; main - beef ribs; desert - pavlova, liquid desert ice cream blended with Bailey (this was out of this world!)
Meat and wine never fails to disappoint. Great quality and service every time. Sometimes the service can be up and down but this few and far between.
Beef was chewy (wagyu) and the construction around the area made the atmosphere/view not as enjoyable. Food was okay
Great location in Barangaroo. Beautifully appointed restaurant with two levels. The food was mostly great, except the steaks weren't cooked quite right (mine was medium-plus instead of medium-rare, and two others were medium-rare instead of medium), but we thoroughly enjoyed the entrees. Was surprisingly busy on a Wednesday night. Found it strange to only have two toilets upstairs as the upstairs dining room is large and there were many people queuing up to use the toilets at one stage. Service was friendly and efficient. Nice restaurant.
A warm restaurant for casual gathering, good quality food including yummy desert, Though it is not the best family restaurant, it has parent's room facility.
Mac & cheese was average and overpriced. It wasn't even macaroni, basically penne pasta and cheap cheese. Acoustics were bad and it was tough to chat.
Welcoming on arrival - swift initial service. Food this time around was ‘okay’ - good but not amazing. Starter pork belly quite dry. Enjoyed peri chicken skewers - very tasty. Need skewer good taste but a little tough. Waiter spilling a coke on me wasn’t ideal, but 1st world problems.....
It is good environment and good quality food
The food was amazing, the atmosphere was good and the service was amazing! We will be returning for sure!
Overall it was good, but nothing spectacular. We ordered wagyu rump steak which was not as tender as I expected. The mac and cheese side dish was the highlight of our dinner, perfectly cooked with a hint of truffle. I was only upset that they charged $9 for table water, that was unreasonable.
Meat and Wine Co Barangaroo serves great quality food. The steaks are always cooked perfectly and the service is flexible to deal with dietary requirements. Highly recommended for an awesome meal!
Highlights: Tomahawk, choc fondant and creme brulee. Ribs were nice as well, bit on the saucy side. Would come again
Our table wasn‘t cleared before we received our mains. The service was unattentive (no replenishing of water, asking for another drink etc.) We were asked to leave after 1 1/2 hours as other people were waiting but the booking didn’t specify that we only had a 90-Minute booking windows. I wouldn’t go back.
Very impressive night as I celebrate my father’s birthday here. As I’ve got special offer about the foods. The service, foods and the price were all Over my expectation. Excellent restaurant. Thank you all Meat and wine Co banrangaroo
Beautiful decor, great food and a nice view. The food on the menu all looked really good. The only downside we had was the service. The wait staff were all polite and helpful, however, we had to call the waiter over to order, they left menus on our table and the food took a while to come out. Overall very good and would return.

Would it be fair to say you’d be missing the point if you came to the Meat & Wine Company to try the salads? Australian Angus beef cuts are the house specialty, with super-aged meat the order of the day. Start off with the beef carpaccio or boerewors (South African sausage) and carry on with a T-bone or petite fillet. If you must know, they do also serve a few vegetarian dishes.
