We enjoyed our 23rd Wedding Anniverary here. We were seated out on the balcony which was lovely (outdoor heaters ensured you were not cold). The views of the city skyline at night are fantastic. The staff were great and the food was really tasty.

About the restaurant

The best burgers in town

The Merrywell Melbourne is an expansive gastro-pub experience. The upstairs area is the place for mouth-watering share plates, revamped classics, cocktails and more. The fireplace and heated outdoor balcony make it an easy choice for dining all year round. If you're there with a couple of mates start with the ‘Mac & Cheese Bites' which have a dorito crust and are insanely good. Downstairs is the the more relaxed burger bar, where juicy burgers are being flipped and fresh salads are being created. Our favourite is ‘The Merrywell', a beef patty with bacon, cheese, pickles, L.T.O, special sauce, ketchup, mustard and fries.
