8/10The Peaks is beautiful. The restaurant and lounge are stunning, and the staff are attentive and friendly. Our disappointment was with the food and wine. The Peaks is part of the award-winning Granite Belt wine district and the wine list had very very few local wines on it (well less than 5% of the list). The food was lovely (except for the dessert) but again disappointing as almost no fresh fruit and vegetables were included in the 7 course (including complementary appertiser, and petit fours). When we went to the restaurant the Granite Belt was at the height of his harvest for fruit and vegetables. I do not understand why at least one course contained absolutely no fruit or vegetables, and almost none on the rest.

10/10Service was phenomenal and first class. Right from the door being opened on arrival. To the seamless transition from lounge to dining. Alejandro was amazing and added to the experience. Food was next level.

10/10Great location, awesome food and attentive services. I even received a surprise birthday message in sweet sweet chocolate dipping sauce and strawberries. :-) will def go back again to stay for a few nights.

6.5/10Terrible road/ drive into the place but once arrived greeted outside and made feel most welcome. Then the dining was 1st class. Will be back.
