Excellent customer service
Really lovely! I had the duck and thoroughly enjoyed it, service was amazing too!
The food was fairly good but the service was extremely disappointing. Firstly the waitress didn’t take the whole tables’ drink orders so half the table had drinks and the other not. We had to flag one waitress down to get the rest of the drinks ordered, and after ordering them, we then had to wait over 45 mins for them to arrive to the table. This meant half of the table didn’t get to enjoy their drink with their meal. Also no seasoning was on the table and none was offered to us by the wait staff. It was difficult to gain their attention and everything took much too long to arrive at the table. I disappointing night.
Great food well presented and each dish was explained to us good service welcomed by wait staff and lovely views of the city and river One negative it would be better if a water bottle could be left on the table instead of having to ask for our glasses to be topped up
We were really impressed with good and service. We'll be back for a meal again. And definitely the place if you have visitors as the view is totally awesome.
Very nice place as it has a very good view of the river and perth city but cold not testy food. Paid $50 for a $10 value meal. Not even testy, food was not even a food
Welcome and service....the best....our oysters ....perfect.........a super window seat overlooking the Quay........our tasting plate to share....also perfect....
Slow service, waiter missing items ordered or not remembering drinks orders, under staffed. Food was great once it came, but we had to order the 2nd part of out entree again as the waitress missed it
All foods are quite fantastic and atmosphere is beautiful, hence I could enjoy my lunch time. I would like to go this restaurant again and again!
The female waitstaff that served me was very friendly and attentive, she kept looking over at the right time when our table was about to order drinks and then food. The views were beautiful.
As soon as we were seated the waitress asked us if we would like still or sparkling water. She didn't tell us that we would be charged $9 for one bottle of it! Apart from that it was nice enough
Food high quality. Friendly staff good wine list and fabulous views accomodating diet, wine sample before choosing. Easy to get to from train station
Outstanding meal and service topped off with a magnificent view over Elizabth Quay. The market fish was divine, cheese platter and panacotta to die for! Our fifth time here and it never disappoints! Thank you.
Friendly and welcoming staff.Dishes are delicious with stunning presentation. Best view with great set up. A place to have a moment's. Definitely love to going back again
The service started off really well but from the last dinner meal to the desert took too long considering the restaurant was only 75 % capacity’ it took nearly 1 hour
Lovely food with a great view
Poor Service
Amy, our server, was amazing. Recommended a great wine that complimented our meals perfectly and was just very lovely and attentive thru the whole evening. Made my Birthday dinner that little bit more special. The food was also really good. Had the Steak Tartare; Pork and Venison mains and Pannacotta and Mousse for dessert. Would recommend! Only down side was it was a bit noisy when the restaurant was full.
Drinks took a very long time and we had to ask repeatedly for more drinks. Service was slow. The scotch fillet and venison were delicious and looked so nice on the plate.
Great service, friendly and professional staff, amazing food with a beautiful view. We had the chef's selection which was perfect and more than enough!
