Fabulous
I like the restaurant layout, and the staff are very attentive. The menu is reasonable and was pleased with the choice of SB wine which was on special for the week - a good save... Overall I do like the Saint and would visit again..
Floor mmanager William was fantastic, made us felt at home, the service made everything taste better. would come back just for the service. The place is very well run.
staff were great. food order did not have the main ingredient, I was not advised at the time. I repeated my question as to where the main ingredient was and was advise they had run out. If that be the case then I should have been given the opportunity to redo my order
Today was not a good experience. Despite there being a low number of patrons in the restaurant, the level of service was poor. Grilled fish and chips ... well the chips were barely warm, which is exactly what my brother found as he ordered the same as me. No one bothered to ask if we wanted dessert/coffee (which we did) and we had to summon a watiress to take the order (with the plates still left after we had finished our meals). After the dessert/coffee order was taken a good 15 minutes passes and there is no movement with the cheesecake since we could see it still untouched in the display window. There were 3 people chatting behind a bar so we then had to remind the waitress that we ordered the dessert/coffee. It was only then that there was movement and we eventually got served. Then we noticed that there was no sugar on the table !!! Added to this the air conditioning was not working in the restaurant area. This was confirmed as we paid our bill. This was the worst experience I have had at The Saint.
Great food n service just need to clean the seal of window as really dirty
Went for the first time on Friday night and was disappointed. The reality was different to the high rating it was showing on the Fork. The garlic bread was flat and soulless. For mains we both had the special for the night, chicken Parma. It had obviously been cooked much earlier in the day and left in a warmer or reheated. It was slightly burnt and dry. We had a cheesecake for desert that wasn’t very fresh. All in all it was a disappointing meal and I still can’t understand the high rating.
Excellent service and delicious food!
We booked for 5pm. Only ones in restaurant, music too loud to sit outside to enjoy weather and atmosphere. Menu limited and specials far from inspiring. Food was completely average, reminiscent of a fast food. Staff were fantastic except the person who took our second drink order who failed to bring them, so my husband went to the bar to order more, we were then charged for the drinks that didn’t arrive.
Excellent and fast service with a smile! The specials menu was very nice. Very tasty food and lovely atmosphere. We love going there and we never get dissapointed.
Great value ????
Nice food and service. Can't comment on atmosphere it was empty
Food was delish and we had excellent service from Lizzy. It was lovely sitting outside in the sunshine too
Food was very good , prices reasonable , even though waitress was serving meals on her own she always had a happy genuine look. Recommend this place.
Another good experience at The Saint. Service was prompt (Thursday lunch) and the grilled fish and chips was very nicely done with tartare sauce. Lovely and fresh passionfruit cheesecake and coffee followed for dessert. The only negative was that there were some renovations in progress with men painting walls.
The man from Northern Ireland is always so efficient and clearly knows how to do hospitality right. We miss the spring rolls on the menu, so would love to see them back as an option.
its always a good place to have a quiet family dinner. i ordered the ceasar salad with no anchovies but they put it in anyways and they took forever to come to our table to ask if we wanted dessert (we did) but apart from that, it was all good
A fabulous family friendly pub, very reasonable prices, simple but clean and not too crowded. Easy to hear ourselves talk, tables spaciously set apart. We are regulars.
Ribs were great although salad a little soggy from dressing. Couldn't ask for anything more in service to be honest. One guest had a wine and it came out warm and had to order a new one but was not offered recompense. REally the only small problems. Good parking with good lighting. Seemed like a good atmosphere in the beer garden and big screens aorund for adults and kids.
Excellent value at your The Saint in Innaloo. The Friday Parmy $15 deal was well worth it. The Malteser cake was very fresh and well presented. Overall it is a wonder why more patrons don't visit for lunch on a weekday.
Met and shown to our table by Kayla who was friendly and efficient. I had the Friday special - Chicken Parmy. Was OK but was slightly overcooked. My partner had the Caesar Salad - which was fantastic!
