Delicious meals and were very large in portion size. We had a great table for our family of 6 and the burgers, chicken Parma and prawn tacos were very good. 3 of us had the Rib eye a d it was melt-in-your mouth delicious. Steaks come served with both pepper sauce and bearnaise, served with rocket salad and fries. Especially great on Mondays when they offer half price on all steaks. Our "local" which is a perfect place for a weekday dinner for family.
The food was ok, not great. Had the set menu and main course was disappointing for the money. Good range beers.
Food was ok. I had the satay tacos they were very plain which not much flavour but not terrible!! Service and atmosphere was absolutely amazing!! Hope they can up their food to match the venue and service!
Absolutely amazing steaks we had on 'Half Price Monday Steak Night'! We ordered a porterhouse and an eye fillet mains respectively and they were cooked to perfection (medium-rare as requested). Flavoursome, quite large in size and lovely tasting sides. Definitely returning as we are locals and it takes us 2 minutes to walk there!
Good venue. good staff and nice food.
Had a fabulous brunch at The Smith! Great atmosphere, yummy food, fun drinks. Zoe our waitress was absolutely lovely and very attentive to our needs. Took a long time to get Mayo to the table as the waiter kept bringing horseradish but overall everyone was very happy.
Friendly, warm staff. Fast service. The bottomless fried chicken was fantastic. We loved the array of sauces and the crispiness of the chicken. The sides were also perfect. Great value!
We had the $20 fried chicken. Very happy with it!!
The brunch with soul was amazing! The drinks were so yum and you could order when you wanted weren’t waiting around, staff was so friendly and the singers and atmosphere was great! Already planning to come back!!
Went for the AYCE fried chicken, chicken was a bit dry but the fried cauliflower was delicious!
Food was pretty good but service was a little slow.
We initially booked the restaurant but decided on the day to dine in the atrium. I think everyone working there had started that week so they were still getting up to speed on everything. The food was good, service I'm sure will improve once they gain the knowledge they require.
We were the only ones in the whole restaurant. Still took 45mins for food to arrive. My colleague was given the wrong meal then charge the higher price for the one she didn’t receive. I ordered the beetroot gnocchi- it looked like raw livers. Difficult to both look at it and eat it
We went for fried chicken/cauliflower (2 people) and it was nothing less than a joke. The coating was completely tasteless just like the chicken itself. No salt, no pepper or any other spices. The cauliflower was an absolute disgrace. Huge chunks that are barely coated and severely undercooked and just unedible. Even the green stuff that a cauliflower comes with when one buys it in a shop was still there. Never again.
You can’t go passed a local steak night! Enjoyable
Went in for a steak for tea on Saturday night. Perfectly cooked. Great service and atmosphere. Live music. Noisy but great feel.
I took 17 people to the The Smith for Saturday brunch , was fantastic, Full of energy , amazing singers and entertainers ... recommend anybody to go here we had an absolute ball
Enjoyed the evening however a medium steak was closer to rare than medium and the size of the veal portion was disappointing. Fries great, beans perfect.
We had the Gospel Brunch here. We had a great time! The music was great although not what I would call gospel, it was more R’N’B. The two guys that were singing are great and really interacted with the guests well. The food was decent although nothing spectacular. The drinks were good and there was plenty of choice. The staff were amazing and made our day thoroughly enjoyable.
