Service was lacking tonight. Waited more than 30mins for cocktail to be brought to the table and was only made when we had to ask where it was. Same for the dessert. Feel like we would not have got these items if we hadn’t of asked.

Have been regular customers foods always excellent service is quick. I even had my 6oth birthday 2022 at fire and ice with my family . And my family and friends enjoyed them selfs.

Absolutely fabulous meals. Firstly very happy to be able to get a table at late notice, we ordered entree’s and main meals. Pizza bread and Coconut prawns arrived I think within 10 mins if that after we ordered and it was delicious, prawns were amazing and a must order. 4 different mains ordered and all arrived very quickly and cooked to perfection and tasted fantastic. Loved our night with our friends at The Southern Will go again Thank you

We attended with 2 fathers for Fathers Day. I have an allergy to egg and ordered the Southern breakfast and asked for the eggs on a side plate. The meal arrived with the eggs in the meal. It was taken away and when the meal returned a while later all items were cold. Also my wife requested a meal with the tea included. We asked 3 times for the tea to come and finally a girl came to our table when we were almost finished and advised that the tea was not on the register. My wife explained it was a deal meal and as we were all finished and about to leave the tea arrived. It certainly spoilt a father's day outing. We were at table 89 this morning.

Food and service was very good. Pricing was good with member discount and specials making it more affordable. Was quite loud and noisy but there were a lot of people as it was main lunch time. Would definitely return and recommend.

Tasty food for a chilly Toowoomba evening. Thank you. Steak, ribs and roast of the day warmed us up and made us happy. The fire was also a friendly and warming feature.

First time diners and really enjoyed our meal. Super quick service. Our reservation went smoothly, had a lovely staff member look after us for the night. It was rather busy but out meals came out really quickly. Our table had a rib special and pork noodle stirfry. Really delicious

Well we are very disappointed this was the worse ribs meal we have ever had. We are regularly here and took over 1hr for our food.

The food was good - plenty of variety but was expensive and the drinks were over-priced. We paid almost $5 for a can of coke. It was very noisy and it took a long time to get served. Our table felt sticky.
