Our requested table was provided, the staff very pleasant and helpful and the food delicious. Could have been served a little hotter

The set lunch menu was great value at $35 for two courses. House wine is well priced and the service very pleasant and efficient.

There is nothing better than share plates to gauge the kitchens ability and all were beautifully presented and delicious.

Rib special was nice and tasty but more fat than meat let it down a little

We waited 30 minutes for our desserts and gave up. Wait staff was very apologetic as the kitchen was busy serving 5 large parties. Still, probably not good enough.

My wife and I highly recommend this restaurant for all aspects that make a very good restaurant. From the new theme decor, the view, location, staff and the food itself rate it a 10 out of 10 from us.

This was a celebration dinner with my family to celebrate my retirement from teaching and my birthday. The restaurant was busy because it is pre Christmas parties etc and some of us were late getting there because of a prior commitment. The food was lovely but the girl serving me behind the bar was rude and abrupt. Service was slow and disorganised. A disappointing meal out after such a lovely afternoon celebration. Only highlight at the restaurant was the lovely young male waiter who attended to us with a friendly smile. Best not to go if wanting atmosphere and friendly service

Worst pork belly ever as lukewarm, fatty and not crisp. Mashed potato side was enough for two or three people but didn’t like the taste. My husband makes a better one. He had a burger which was fine with good chips. Thankfully we were not charged for the pork belly. I went home to eat something. Shame as food at Sunbreakers was good & thought it would be similar.

About The Stage Door Waterfront Restaurant

A Mandurah favourite Waterfront dining with show stopping food. Doesn’t that sound appealing. Located on the boardwalk overlooking Mandjar Bay beside The Mandurah Performing Arts Centre this is one of Mandurah’s most popular restaurants. Loved for the views, service and impeccable food, diners continue to return here time and time again and we have no doubt that you will too after visiting. Open for lunch and dinner seven days and buffet breakfast on Sundays, expect to see dishes such as sticky prawns, pulled beef tostadas, eye fillet, Atlantic salmon, warm duck breast salad and chocolate mille feuille on the menu. You and your dining companions are bound to enjoy your meals. We’ve rarely heard otherwise. Best dish: eye fillet with shallot jus, roasted garlic mash and spring greens
