Chef Daniel Jarrett has mastered the culinary art of modern Asian cuisine during his highly-acclaimed career. Leading an Asian fusion experience however originally French trained, Daniel continues to delight modern Thai food lovers in South East Queensland. His passion for food, combined with his outstanding culinary ability has seen him receive a number of awards, most notably a One Chef Hat in the 2018 Australian Good Food Guide awards.

The signature meal crunchy fried fish was truly cooked to perfection and staff were very accomodating and friendly. Such a life time experience for our 6 years anniversary.

We weren’t offered more drinks after an empty glass was taken. Even though the staff were very polite they also left the table too quickly so every time I was going to ask for another drink they were gone. We enjoyed the food & love Thai cuisine & curry, but the menu might be a bit limiting if you had a guest that didn’t like curry. On the whole the meal was beautiful.
