I booked & asked for a booth & was given a booth, it's so good to sit in booth with family. My Son ordered the Towers platter of chick, beef, olives, picked vegies etc. The platter was huge & looked great but, the slow cooked beef ribs was dry, my Salmon Laksa was perfect, ordered Hawian chicken snity, no gravy & booth pineapple but snity was good.. summer Berry pav was delicious Table service was good

I asked for no onions in my salad. The person said it all pre made. I asked, "Can you put one together for me no sorry we don't do that." We're as hospitality gone they just don't care anymore. We'll I won't be going back.

It's okay. The salmon was good but the Caesar Salad was tasteless with overcooked egg and nondescript sauce. Ambiance needs a lift.

My food was very late in arriving and wAs cold .. I got a takeaway container and warmed it up when I got home . It was delicious after all but the experience was marred. Because of it

Staff were friendly but service was intermittent; they did not understand that when you need to keep checking on diners. They were hardly present in the dining room. Definitely understaffed and young people undersupervised. Waited 40 mins for drinks then went to the bar to find out why our order hadn’t arrived - their machine wasn’t working. Then the main meals arrived. Have always had good food there but but the lamb shanks were like rubber and not in any way delicious. My daughter battled through hers butt I was completely turned off and couldn’t eat mine. Steak was tough and over-cooked. Paid for plating of a birthday cake. 4 of us ended up with 1/4 of a birthday cake each - WAAAY too much - but the presentation was lovely. Overall, NOT what we are used to with the Tower. Disappointing.

Hi Ali, Sorry about your experience here at the Tower, we were extremely understaffed and overly busy with walk ins & bookings and with chefs and staff calling in last minute we tried our best to accomodate all of our diners. My Friends and I had quite a nice experience, at the time. Two of us ordered the Pork Roast the last two Pork Roast meals available we were informed. Unfortunately when I contacted my friend the next day we had both experienced stomach cramps and diarrhea. We could not find any other reason, common cause for being unwell . No problem with staff or service, but we do think the kitchen should be informed of what was clearly a unfortunate problem with the Pork Roast.

Last minute booking for my Mum’s 75th birthday with family. The staff were excellent and the dining room was warm and inviting and not too noisy. Great selection of food including kids menu and at reasonable prices. Will definitely be back.

Great to see so many families at the Towers tonight, the new owners gave taken over, the menu is great, service great, meals served quickly. The trio seafood dish was ample,fresh salad served with chips was delicious. Salmon with broccolini, garlic mash potatoe & aoli was perfect. Table service was great.
