Great place for food and atmosphere. A beautiful venue which is set to re-open I’m told !
Had a delicious meal, but service and ambiance was very poor
The setting and decor is excellent . The food was very good but a bit slow in coming however worth the wait. Our only complaint was to have to wait for some bread which would have been good with the wine whilst waiting for the main course.
Lovely staff and great service. Unfortunately two menu items weren't available that we wanted (steak and pork belly) but antipasto was very good and calamari main was superb. Would definitely come again.
Nice atmosphere
Great atmosphere and architecture
Great location - just a bit quiet
Lovely room, but little quiet mid-week. Food was lovely though and service more than acceptable. Going back to try weekend atmosphere!
Wonderful location with real Italian food
Great, friendly service. Food was delicious and we will gladly come back.
Great service pasta was beautiful
It’s a ok place, expected food to be nicer
Beautifully restored building, a sense of old world charm and luxury. My spaghetti was Luke warm when it arrived, prefer hot. Thought I had booked the special 40%off food but was told that was only for dinner. Would like the advertising to be more explicit.
The building and decor was charming if a little faded. Staff was lovely and food was enjoyable.
Our mains were ok. We ordered the Pappardelle al ragu and squid ink linguine. The seafood in the linguine was not very fresh though unfortunately. Pappardelle was nice. For dessert we ordered Tiramisu and Cannoli. Tiramisu was just ok. Cannoli was a let down. It was just a wafer cone with some filling. Drinks were good at least.
Excellent service and food! Will be back.
Best chai latte ever!
Really nice ambient and great service. I have enjoyed antipasto especially.
The atmosphere of this place was lacking unfortunately (there were no other tables apart from us on a Friday night). Food was OK.
Nice place and atmosphere. The food is fine but a bit small in size. Good to have discount from the Fork.

Trust, The Trust
It’s all in the name! How can you not trust The Trust? Nestled in the old Port Authority Building, the beautiful architecture compliments the simplistic yet sophisticated flavoursome approach to the Italian cuisine.
How does this sound for a night out… You and your friends arrive at the Trust, you first nibble on an antipasti chickpea chips with chilli and capsicum aioli before moving on to main affairs such as squid ink linguine with market fish, mussels. Then comes dessert time, your choice may include the prosecco panna cotta with a wild berry coulis. And finally how could you resist a couple of drinks at Australia's longest bar.
Best Dish: Lasagna alla Bolognese
