No service , average food

It was great! The atmosphere is awesome and the staff were friendly. The wait time was reasonable and the food was delicious. I will definitely go again!

Food was excellent and considering how packed it was, service was pretty good too. Not the place to go for a quiet Saturday dinner! There were way too many people having way too much fun

The online ordering restricts custom orders. We could not order the ceasar salad with the dressing on the side. The online cocktails took about 40 minutes to reach the table - we had physically gone to the bar and had our "second" drinks by the time they arrived. Also, nowhere to order sparkling water or tea and coffee. I appreciate it is a new system but you should have plenty of staff helping out . The few that were there were scrambling!

The restaurant was very pretty and easy on the eye Only complaint was the pizza was terriable it was soggy and and doughy Other meals where great !!

Really nice place for lunch

Everything was great, unfortunately the young chap at the bar didn’t take our order correctly and was more distracted by his mates that were at the bar ordering drinks who we later saw him have a drink and smoke with after his shift and the club, we arrived at our booking time but was told the kitchen was closed which was confusing as he said “the kitchen closed at 10” but we arrived 9.30?? He seemed lost, slow and confused

Our 1st visit,,,very impressed with the whole structure of the building, cleanliness and of course being Christmas ,the Tree is beautiful. The Staff are all lovely, professional and friendly.

The staff were mostly great. A couple of the girls a little rude but the majority of staff were very welcoming and hospitable The food and atmosphere is fantastic. Just need some live music.

A great place for a catchup with friends. The food was good. Service was good - would have been better if all meals were delivered together (there were only 3 of us and the restaurant was quiet being a Monday). Nice relaxed atmosphere .

We took our two kids to The Vicar for lunch on a Saturday. The mains were delicious with generous portions however slightly over-priced for a pub setting. They have a kids menu and activity packs to keep the little ones busy. The staff are very friendly and service was fantastic at the time of day that we went.

Great vibe with good music, friendly staff and great food and drinks selection. A mixed crowd old and young which adds a nice touch.

I fell off the wet floor on the way to the kitchen to ask for a spare plate. I told the staff and actually no one cared!

Very nice meal. Great venue. Helpful staff. This place has been revamped beautifully. Staff have taken COVID seriously. Great for the whole family.

Enjoyed the venue though it needs a little more character to be truly welcoming. Its new so perhaps a little more time will sort that. The staff were really good. Thoughtful and attentive and the food was good. Pretty standard fare with no surprises unfortunately, but still a pleasant night out.

The food was a lot below par for what they have achieved before. My last visit was an awesome experience regarding the food this time it was disappointing
