A great dining experience in a nice setting. The waiter took well care of me and made sure I understood how to order from the tablet. He was also very helpful with my questions so I could order the right and tasty dishes. I hope to return to Porto soon and will make sure to dine at your place again when I do.

The food is excellent. Tapas style and I enjoyed everything I ordered. The waiter paired it with a nice red wine. I recommend a visit when you are in Porto!! I also recommend making a reservation...it's a busy place!!

Terrible service, food came at bad temperature. There was no way to communicate with servers. They we poorly trained too.

There are plenty of choices of tapas. I had to stop myself from keeping ordering, but I wanted to taste them all. The waiters are very kind and the system for booking is super modern. Definitely recommended! Please note: the place does not have spots outside.

Fun environment

The food was delicious and the service we got when we got there was fantastic. About half way through the meal here was a minor mix up with our drinks and we were brought cocktails instead of the wine we wanted. This wasn’t a problem in itself but from that point on the waiter was quiet with us, perhaps even hostile. We don’t know whether it was to do with the drinks mix up but it put a dampener on the evening.

Yet again great food, lovely atmosphere and excellent staff.... Was so good we are returning on Saturday and Sunday.

Such a disappointment - we went to the restaurant the day before and saw people eating wonderful looking food, we unfortunately couldn't eat there as they were fully booked that night. We went ahead and booked for the following night as it looked so good. When we arrived our table wasn't ready, but that was fine. When we did get our table we ordered two dishes only to be told about 10 minutes later that the first wasn't available. Okay, so we changed our starter option. We were then told another 10 minutes later that what we had ordered for our main course was also not available. So essentially, the two things that we had come to the restaurant for were not available. We chose some other options as it was getting late and we needed to eat. We then waited another 40 minutes before our food arrived and what a disappointment it was - of the 12 mussels 8 were closed, the potato chips were raw, and the meat was tough. We won't be recommending the Wine Box to our friends who are going to Porto in a few weeks.

Food was excellent. Only criticism was having to use the iPad to order for 10 people. I can imagine it works well with just a few of you but for 10 it was too long winded with just one iPad. Ended up just ordering a load of dishes rather than individual. Would definitely go back again.

Our first time using a visual iPad menu - awesome!
