Meet the Chef

Josh has worked in Brisbane, London and Denmark and was first put in the lime light when he won Young Chef of the Year in 2009 and Chef of the Year in 2011 after a 3 month stage in Noma- the world's best restaurant at the time. In 2014 as Executive chef for QAGOMA he cooked for the world leaders G20 dinner. In 2019 Josh purchased The Wolfe, and continues to offer contemporary Australian cuisine with a focus on local and native ingredients.
