At Rosebery, we’re focussing on unique dishes made with smoke and fire. Our Argentinian grill in the garden gets fired up every chance we get; with whole lambs, pigs and large cuts of beef. We also truss up whole chooks and roast them above the coals. Our wood fired oven and two charcoal pits add smokey elements to a lot of dishes each service. For vegie-enthusiasts, we dedicate a bulk of the menu to seasonal produce from the markets. Plus there are daily specials. For those on the go, you can grab takeaway coffee, tea and food all day. For diners, Three Blue Ducks is fully licensed.
