This cafe is a neighbourhood gem. Nice and cosy. The toasties were delicious! We also had "The Brunswick". Good portion and the food wasn't salty like some other establishments. The proprietors were friendly and welcoming! Other interesting aspect is that they had painitngs hanging on the wall in collaboration with an artist! Definitely a must visit especially to support local!

The little cafe is good with limited menu. Sandwiches or toastier are meant to be the main hero on the menu. Toasties are good but not great. Mushroom toaster probably was the best but chicken and avocado was a complete disappointment with loads of cheese and minimal chicken. Coffee was the highlight of the meal. Overall good tasting and filling toasties but flavour could be improved with focus on reducing the cheese.

Firstly they looked stunned when I said I had a reservation. I then seated myself while they busied behind the counter. I had to then go back to the counter to ask for a menu and when no one came to take my order, I went up again to order. There were only 6 people in the cafe. Wasn’t that hungry by then so just ordered a cheese and mushroom toastie which was fine.

Menu was very limited today, we looked forward to the lunch menu like open steak sandwich and open souvlaki. Unfortunately during holidays the menu was quite limited.
