Nice restaurant in Ashburton for lunch with family or friends. We had the all-day breakfast and ordered chilli scambled eggs, grilled barramundi fish and calamari pepper. The fish was very nice and the other two were not bad as well.

The restaurant has a spacious layout and many friends gathered for a meal, but the speed of food service is extremely slow. We waited for over an hour before receiving our food, and there is a severe shortage of staff.

We received good service from an inexperienced waiter. The chef did a remarkable job of producing six different meals simultaneously with all of them being of high quality and delivered quickly. The cafe lacks “charm” but is clean & friendly.

The restaurant is brand new -- white paint is spotless and not a mark on any surface. Had the barramundi. I am not a fish eater normally and in particular shun barramundi which is rarely done well. This was truly perfect. Vegetables were also perfect. And the presentation could not have been better. Service quality matched the food -- it was easy to see that the owners, working directly along side their staff, took genuine pride in the quality of their offering. It is not a high volume location but the restaurant had plenty of clients -- clearly the reputation is spreading quickly.

Thus is one of the best cafes in Ashburton we've been to. Such friendly staff, the decor is beautiful and the food servings are big and delicious. This will be our new go to spot!
