The service was great especially to not have to put a deposit for a booking for ten the fish that I ordered was battered immaculately no one complained and the time from order to table was fast the non alcoholic drinks a superb a tiny bit over priced the drinks but other than great would’ve loved be seated outside as the weather was beautiful the evening we dined with my son on his 21st great little place to have dinner

The staff were poorly led and had confused messaging. One person would say we had a tab and other would say we had to pre-pay because we had an outside table. Some servers were good while others were absolutely terrible and rude. Clearly kept afloat by tourists and they don’t rely on good service to pay the bills. I don’t think I’d go back in a hurry.

was charged 38 dollars for a parma cause the restaurant is to tight to pay there workers the weekend pay rate so the increase all the food and drink by 10%

25 Jun 23. A group of 8 of us dined for an early lunch before going to a 1pm theatre show. We ordered 6 morning recovery sandwiches with eggs bacon and tomato relish ($19 each), one mushroom sandwich ($19) and a bowl of chips, lots of coffee and an iced Berry drink. The venue was very noisy. We arrived early and had to get a waiters attention to find our booking and set up a table for us. Food arrived in a timely manner, which we were expecting, considering we ordered a lot of the same thing. The sandwiches were nice, but a little dry as not much relish. We were able to pay separately, which was good.

Very disappointing dinner experience, underwhelming. Not value for money !Two of us had Porterhouse steak which came with chat potatoes and a sauce, nothing else. Each cost $48. The Pumpkin Risotto was cold. To add further insult we had to pay a 10 % surcharge as it was a weekend. Not returning here anytime soon!!!!

I'm disappointed to be giving this review as the numerous other times we've eaten here everything has been excellent! Unfortunately this time it was a big letdown as the kitchen was clearly understaffed as the wait times for food were ridiculous. We only got our drinks and waited and waited for our food for nearly an hour until we had no choice but to leave without eating because we had a show to get to. We weren't the only ones who were leaving without having received their food either. Quite disappointed with this experience but I have no complaints from my previous experiences here so I'd say this was just one bad night for them and I'd still give them another chance in the future.

We had a large group booking, larger than we had booked for but we were all accommodated with no fuss. Staff were very friendly, an extensive menu and quick service. Excellent food, nicely presented.

Quite disappointed this time as they gave me a table outside in rainy cold days. I did asked for indoor seating but not successful. Outside is so packed and everyone walked pass will knock my chair. Service is not attentive at all. Food was good and fresh as always but the portion is smaller then before

Food was really good, we got served quickly but the people working seam like they would rather be literally anywhere else.but there I particularly had plates and cutlery dumped un the table almost thrown there like they didn't want to be there at all

I always like going to this restaurant, so handily placed with good food and a good variety of options. Was quite a chilly night so inside was a terrific place to be, but I have been on lots of occasions and sat outside which is great on a lovely day, perfect for people watching and not too loud for conversation,
